The holiday home is located next to our small farm on a green meadow, surrounded by forest, on the outskirts of Salzburg. You have an entire house to yourself. There is no public road that passes by our place, so it is quiet and yet so close to the city. There is free parking in front of the house, and in 10 minutes (0.7 km) you can reach the bus stop (downhill) to get to the city. Depending on your fitness, you can walk from the bus up to our place. We always recommend a taxi for the journey here.

The charming holiday home "Gipfelstürmer" is an oasis of tranquillity for families and friends. It is located on the edge of the forest with a view of the mountain landscape. In winter, with direct access to the ski slope, and in summer, right by the hiking trail network. Inside, it captivates with a rustic wooden ambience, modern amenities and a cosy fireplace. Relax in the sauna and enjoy the tranquillity in the idyllic garden with a pool – a retreat where you can recharge and enjoy yourself.

This semi-detached house is brand new and offers plenty of space as well as a wonderful view on the mountains. It is a new construction with upscale amenities. For example, the kitchen is equipped with a granite countertop, appliances from Miele and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms with double beds, a very large living area with eat-in kitchen and terrace, a gallery, a large bathroom with bathtub, double sink and walk-in shower. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.
