Charming house in the heart of the ramparts of Ainay-le-Château. Warm, quiet and comfortable accommodation, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature as it is close to the Tronçais forest. Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Located in the heart of the Tronçais forest, on the edge of a small communal road, sheltered from any noise or light pollution at night, you will discover the two gîtes of the pillar oak. This is an old house tastefully renovated into two charming cottages independent of each other. Depending on the season, all you have to do is open the window to hear the sounds of the forest, the songs of the birds and the roar of the deer. You can see many animals...
