In the Bay of Saints, right by the water

With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Ideally located to explore the surrounding area on the Jacques Cœur road near the Noirlac Abbey, the Horse and Donkey Center and Bourges 25 min away. You will also find a bakery, grocery store, tobacco bar and restaurant a 3-minute walk from the studio.

Large family home, close to Tronçais Forest, in a charming little village with all amenities. We renovated our grandmother's house while trying to keep its vintage atmosphere. You may find a little bit of your childhood there, in the corner of a piece of furniture or a coffee cup... And don't worry, we changed all the bedding! Linens and towels are provided.
