Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Our large Victorian house is in a quiet leafy road in South Liverpool It contains a comfortable basement flat, with a separate and private entrance. You can also park directly outside. It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

This beautifully stylish apartment finds itself in the leafy Sefton park location, which is approximately 2.5miles from the city centre. The building dates back to the 1850’s and has lots of original period Victorian features. The apartment benefits from a lot of space and is adorned with plenty of art, natural stone and parquet flooring. This is truly a unique listing to Liverpool. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and sofa bed in the living room if required.

Great apartment in a tranquil street, in a nice area. Joanne was responsive, usually replying very quickly. The apartment was exactly as the pictures showed, very spacious and luxurious. Bed was comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Joanne was a great host, even calling to check that we were ok after the unfortunate incidents at the LFC Premier League Champions Parade, which is the reason we were there. Next time I'm in Liverpool for the stadium tour or a match, I will definitely stay again. Great apartment, great host.

Went to Liverpool for the victory parade. I never met Claire as she was happy to leave us in peace, but she was always very quick to respond when I had questions. the room was spotless and fixtures and furnishings were lovely. Location had great transport links which Claire gave full details of in her messages to me. The bed was super comfortable and I had the best night's sleep in ages (though the day's activities may have played a small part!). i can't thank Claire enough and say that she's a fantastic host.

We stayed for 2 nights at Jule’s and Matteo’s home whilst in Liverpool for a wedding at nearby Calderstones Park. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Jules and Sam the Beagle on arrival. We were made to immediately feel at home. The area is great, with a large Tesco’s across the road and in walking distance of several bars and restaurants. The room is spacious and having our own bathroom was a little luxury. Jules was on hand for any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay.

Cormac & Bryn's place was a perfect location to explore Liverpool. It was a short walk from the train station that takes you to the City in less than 15 minutes. The accommodation was excellent and Cormac and Bryn were fantastic hosts. The breakfast supplies were varied and plentiful. A great Airbnb experience.

Rare Find! | By Sefton Park | Off-Street Parking

We stayed in this lovely apartment for five days, really nicely decorated and has everything you would need for cooking if you wish, there is a pull out bed in the living area which i myself slept on, wasnt real comfy but i managed, and bedding was clean on both pull out and main bed, there were fresh towels available plus there is a washing machine if you needed to do a wash. We originally got a taxi to the property which cost us £16, due to minor road works was a little more expensive, but on leaving the apartment you can get a bus (82) which takes you straight into the centre and same one back really great price £2 one way, apartment is also excellently situated for sefton park and lark lane, we couldnt believe how close we were just around the corner but with no noise near property, but if you fancy a quiet night in there is a tesco and loads of food places down on the main street. We would come back here in a heart beat, many thanks Liverpool for the memories
