The 82-square-meter apartment with a separate entrance is part of our Bauhaus-style bungalow. The house is situated in the countryside, very quiet, 7 km from the Nürburgring. Racing enthusiasts, hikers and cyclists will all find the ideal place here. Traumpfade, the Hohe Acht, Lake Laach and the maars in the Volcanic Eifel are inspiring. The apartment can accommodate 4 people (1 double room, 1 twin-bed room) and has a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower, tub), guest toilet and its own terrace.

In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
