Cozy and clean apartment in a very convenient location for tourist and airport transit passengers - 5 min away from airport and two train stations. The closest bus station is 100 meters away. 5 min by taxi to city center or 10 min by public transport. (5 min away by bus from metro station) Very developed area around apartment where you can find anything. There are several big and small grocery stores near by, also variety of cafes, restaurants and so on. Unlimited high speed internet.

We really liked the apartment. Everything is like home. The bathroom has all the chemicals for the washing machine, electric towel rack, shampoo, toothpaste, brushes. There is tea, coffee, all the necessary utensils for cooking in the kitchen. All appliances, ironing board, laundry dryer are available. But the most important thing is that Sergey is always happy to help both in word and deed . Nearby there are everything, shops, cafes with alcohol and beer, Alco Market, ATMs and Metro under the window, small street trade. We would highly recommend this apartment for travel accommodation!!!

It was a lovely and comfortable stay at Ulugbek's place, 100% worth the value for money. Ulugbek was really helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, showing utmost hospitality. Communication was always clear and precise. The flat corresponded to the description and photos, was clean and comfortable and a perfect match for my needs. Location is close to the airport, a few business centers and in walkable proximity to some touristic places, parks. Highly recommend Ulugbek's place for a stay in Tashkent and getting to know the city

Cozy Nest in Premium Residence

The apartment was a great choice for a short stay in Tashkent. It was easy to find, easy to park, easy to check-in, and easy to communicate with the host. The bed was comfortable, the balcony spacious enough to comfortably sit outside, and the location was very close to the airport. The host was very helpful and also helped us order food. We stayed there during a heatwave with 40 degrees Celsius which uncovered one problem. Namely, the AC is located above the entrance door. The cold air blows over the entrance and the living space but there's a large glass partition wall separating the living space from the bedroom. And that wall blocks the cold air blowing from the AC into reaching the bed. So while it was relatively cool in the living space, in the bedroom it was much hotter. Note that the building has been recently finished and we heard some construction work in one of the apartments. Overall, the apartment offers great price to quality ratio and the host cares about guests.
