The property is a charm! Beautiful place, very well taken care of! The road from the house to the river is easily accessible, there are stones guiding along the way, it was very clean and well taken care of. The river is an exclusive location, easy access, with several stones to sit and relax. The pool was clean and well taken care of, not deep and has sun chairs around the deck. The house is rustic and tasteful, has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, two hammocks, professional stove, barbecue and pizza oven. The host responded super fast and gave us all the assistance needed! We will definitely go back and indicate!

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! The accommodation was very much as we expected. The hosts were polite and helpful and the space was very nice. It is a very beautiful house, well equipped for short stays, in a beautiful property with a view of the bay. The hosts live right there, in front of the bnb, and have two dogs and a very friendly cat. The location met our expectations, which was a place of peace and tranquility. It is a fishing village, with many locals, so it's like being in a little town inland. For those looking for different beaches, restaurants, nightlife, etc., it is not a good option. As our case was the opposite, we liked it a lot. The only points of the location are that the access is not so simple and that there are no beaches that are good for bathing nearby. The vibe is more to stay on the waterfront looking at the scenery. Knowing these points, I recommend the stay.

For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

Very good accommodation. We had an intercurrence with the refrigerator and the water, but it was quickly resolved by the owner. I recommend it!
