The first breakfast is included in the rate, we have almost no neighbors; it is a very quiet neighborhood a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15-minute walk to the center, we accept pets, 2 dogs live on the property, we have chickens and roosters, we offer tours of all kinds and practical tips to enjoy the area. Steve and I welcome you personally and in a friendly manner. Festive and casual atmosphere.

This centrally located house near Playa Central is close to everything, just a short walk to the beach and a grocery store. The quiet neighborhood offers great views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room has a queen-size bed. There are two full bathrooms and a queen sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy high-speed Starlink satellite internet during your stay. Note: There is no AC. We have two ceiling fans for the living room and a floor fan for the bedroom. Hot months may be an issue.
