Without A Flight

This spacious Queenslander is located in Grahame Colyer Drive, just an easy 400m walk to the patrolled beach plus all the cafe's, restaurants and shops. Alternatively Town of 1770 is only 7km away with cycle lanes along all of the route. With modern furnishings and beautiful timber flooring throughout there are 3 generous bedrooms and a separate sun room with TV. Fully fenced with ample off street parking for a large boat and there is an outdoor shower to cool off after a long day on the beach.

Ranjo's Retreat- your weekend escape in Agnes

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This place is a treat for the senses, the serenity is off the charts. It is a great spot to have the ultimate weekend getaway or stay for a few weeks, with plenty of room for the cars, caravans and tents along with a spacious house that sleeps 7 to 8 people. It has a massive entertaining area off the house with a built in bar which looks out over the picturesque dam. Ceiling fans are throughout the house along with Air conditioning.

Kangaroo Kabin is a stand alone, self contained cabin, totally private and sharing no access, space or facilities with the rest of the property. Another listing from Agnes Water's first Airbnb host. It is 20M distant from the main residence and has a gated fence separating the cabin. Wildlife visits every day and can be enjoyed from the cabins spacious veranda which catches the morning sun beautifully. Situated on a little used road and surrounded by untouched bush, it's quiet and peaceful.

Boasting a modern industrial vibe, it is solid concrete which keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter. The boatshed is perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk to the shops & beach. It's basic, clean and comfortable which is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for a memorable stay. The Boatshed has been an Airbnb for over 3 years now has new hosts!
