Holiday rentals with a patio in Agios Athanasios

I stayed at Ellen's place for five nights. Costas, Ellen's dad, was very friendly and helped me settle-in with clear instructions. The place has a beautiful view of the ocean from both the bedroom and the living room and is very close to supermarkets, some eateries, the beach and the busstop.

Definitely an Airbnb worth spending time in! Tony is really responsive and accommodating, helping with operation of the amenities and going out of his way to improve our experience. It's a great space to stay for a good few days so you can enjoy where you stay and cyprus altogether!

The stay at Art Kourion was perfect! The apartment is fabulous: it's beautiful and so well equipped that it really leaves nothing to be desired - and you can see the sea from the beautiful balcony. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment bright, modern and furnished with beautiful art. And Eleni really is a fabulous host: she was always quick to help us with any issue and gave us great tips for the area to explore. She even left homemade pies and wine on our doorstep as a little surprise! She is an absolutely helpful and warm-hearted person - we are already looking forward to our next visit with her! Thank you Eleni for giving us such a lovely stay.

Lovely new apartment well furnished, lots of modern technology. The owner is very responsive and has always been in touch. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The only sad thing is the appearance of the building, which is now under reconstruction and at first it looks frightening. But for us this wasn’t a problem since the apartment is ideal.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, in het begin was het even zoeken. Maar eenmaal gevonden was het prettig. De auto parkeerde wij op het grote parkeerterrein aan de straat. Hier kan je gratis parkeren. Wij hebben alle drie de avonden heerlijk gegeten bij Zero Sei Trattoria Limassol. Op loopafstand van het appartement! Vriendelijk personeel daar, en heerlijk eten! Francesco was een goede host, die altijd snel en behulpzaam reageerde.

Kat is an absolute star, there's no doubt abt it. She made a good stay into an excellent stay just by being cool and flexible with my booking. She met me in person and guided me to the apartment with concise instructions on accessing the building, apartment and water heater. Super straight forward and as far as away as complex as possible. Read a review where a guest struggled - not sure how as so simple. Also regarding the bed? same reviewer complained but absolutely nothing wrong with it whatsoever. The building from the outside does look something out of the Raid movie so had concerns BUT as soon as I saw the apartment, it was a relief. Looks exactly as listed, spacious, clean and clutter free. Also an AC in every single room! The coolest thing abt the apartment was the view. Top floor of building with a view of the city. Also comes with a balcony off the master bedroom with a place to sit and chill. The apartment is surrounded by bakeries and supermarkets within 5 mins walk

It's a great flat and, as a new listing, more affordable than similar ones nearby. It's a nice area, the block is quite safe with a good lift. The reserved parking (though a bit tight if you're out of practice with driving like me!) was really helpful. It's about a 15min walk to the coast, with the Columbia Pier and outdoor gym equipment nearby. We got lots of exercise! Lots of restaurants nearby - a mix of traditional tavernas like Charcoal and Gastra, plus Asian, Georgian and cafe/bars. The kitchen was very clean, the equipment a little basic, but it was all very easy to use and the balcony was great. The aircon was very handy too, and the home entertainment and wifi easy to use. The en suite room was cool, shower strength a bit weak, but water was hot. It can get a little noisy with the church bells from Agios Nikolaos and speeding motorbikes, but the block is a way in from the traffic and has lots of birdlife and greenery, so felt calm.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

We had a lovely stay at Susan's place in Kalavasos. The property is located in a lovely village with some very nice restaurants and great walks right from the front door. Plus the fact that the property itself is extremely peaceful and private whilst still being in the centre of the village. We really enjoyed making use of the hot tub and the welcome pack was highly appreciated. Susan was a great host, super responsive and gave some great recommendations, thanks Susan!

Very spacious house fully equipped kitchen and very clean. BBQ fully equipped with extra fourni(cyprus traditional oven) They even equipped with a water refrigerator. I really recommend this place. Friendly Orestis welcome us and showed us the house amenities

Dit is absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die een rustig verblijf zoekt vlakbij het strand. Deze plek bied alle rust die een drukke stad kan bieden. Al dat terwijl het maar 500 meter lopen is, en je ligt in de middellandse zee!! Er zitten 2 grote supermarkten binnen 1 a 2 kilometer lopen, en er zitten genoeg gezellige kroegjes om vele avonden door te komen. Wij raden het iedereen aan! Bedankt voor het prachtige verblijf! Wij komen weer!

Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. We did a friend’s party during our stay. So the place is perfect for events like that. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

L’appartement était très bien situé pour les randonnées et la proximité des villages du Troodos. Il n’y a pas de marché dans le village (il s’agit de prévoir et de faire des emplettes à Plâtres), et un seul très bon restaurant, le Louis, avec des bonnes portions et des prix raisonnables. La vue sur le Mont Olympe et la vallée sont superbes surtout en fin de journée. Cela valait le coup pour 4 nuits.

The place is really comfortable and peaceful. Also the host has lots of recommendations of plans, restaurants on a book which mades everything easier. The house counts with everything you may need for your staying and more.

Das Apartment hatte eine tolle Ausstattung, war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Um die Ecke ist direkt ein Supermarkt um Einkäufe zu erledigen. Der Vermieter hatte alles bereit gestellt was ich benötigt hatte und war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Empfehlung für jeden der ein schönes Apartment in Limassol sucht!

❤️Great location - everything is walking distance,which was important for us, Sea is literally 1min away, apartments have their own privacy and fully equiped.We rented this 2floor duplex for 4people ( couples) holidays and had a blast as it had exactly what we needed for nightlifestyle - near by cool clubs/fancy dinning as well as comfy eateries.Could enjoy the terrass with our own music and drinks till early morning - no neighbours is a plus.The host was really nice and showed us around gem places to visit. This place is really unique🔥🔥🔥

דירה נחמדה מאוד, שתי חדרי שינה נחמדים והדירה הייתה נקייה ומסודרת כשהגענו. מטבח מאובזר לגמרי, סלון גדול ומרפסת ענקית עם נוף לים. כדקה הליכה מחוף הים. באזור יש בתי קפה ומסעדות אבל הוא מרוחק כרבע שעה נסיעה מהאזור של המרינה, ששם המרכז.

I loved my stay of several weeks at Constantino and Maria’s apartment. The place is beautifully renovated, modern, and full of natural light. It was also spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Constantino and Maria are super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The location is also a big plus. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and one of the better supermarkets. The apartment is well appointed and quite nice. Loutmila was helpful and very flexible, as my plans changed and she was accommodating. Would highly recommend this apartment.
