It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Je me suis senti comme chez moi avec ma petite famille. L’endroit est très calme. Boris a instruit quelqu’un qui est très courtois et répondait aussitôt à toutes nos préoccupations. Les seules éléments qui nous ont dérangé étaient les moustiques et l’état du chemin sablonneux qui mène à l’appartement. C’est un endroit idéal pour se reposer, surtout en groupe ou en famille.

Les instructions sont claires et utiles. J’ai beaucoup aimé la réactivité. La villa est très propre et semblable aux photos. Il y a plusieurs pièces pour accueillir la famille ou pour un weekend entre amis. Je recommande vivement.

une maison vraiment très agréable à vivre. Chaque chambre possède des salles de bain privatives et il y a une belle piscine autour d'un jardin. Tout correspondait aux photos. Bolaji was an amazing host who responded in a timely manner to all inquiries. The pictures of the apartment on Airbnb were exactly as advertised. I was genuinely surprised to find a luxurious apartment like this at Badagry. Mayoku, who is the service apartment manager was incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mayoku who made our stay more interesting with his advice & tips. The pool was great and relaxing for my entire family. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everybody! It was nice to stay at an apartment which had an onsite housekeeper and security guard. Thank you again for going an extra mile for us.

Arthur was zowel op voorhand als tijdens ons verblijf makkelijk te bereiken. Hij informeerde ons tijdig over alles, en vroeg regelmatig of alles goed ging. Het huis is erg mooi, met een fantastische tuin en zwembad. Alles was erg netjes. Grote kamers met aparte badkamers. Het huis ligt niet ver van het strand en restaurants, en toch rustig. We voelden ons er ook onmiddellijk thuis. Toen we na ons vertrek merkten dat we iets vergeten waren, werd dit ook heel snel opgelost. Ik zou er zeker opnieuw logeren.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la villa de Marel. Le lieu correspond exactement aux photos (voire encore mieux). Le plus de cette location est l’aménagement extérieur. Nous en avons profité à fond. L’hôte et ses interlocuteurs sont réactifs. A bientôt pour un nouveau séjour.

100% recommend this place. Booked it for my in-laws and the host was extremely responsive, sent detailed instructions on location and directions. Even send information on some recommended restaurants around the area. Host was extremely patient when we pushed our check-in time later. The place is GORGEOUS!! And exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely book again when I’m in this area.

Super appartement avec une déco très sympa. Logement bien lumineux avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Un petit cocon à proximité de tous. Laetitia est une hôte agréable et super reactive. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour sur Cotonou.

Excellent choice for a little studio in a well located part of the city. Decent internet, cable tv, big bathroom, comfortable bed and couch, AC works good, mosquitos stay out, fan, gas stove for some basic cooking, private terrace/floor… maybe the best part is an extremely well communicated and friendly host who speaks excellent English. Liked it so much I wanted to extend my stay. You pay electricity. Using the fridge and AC probably hit you the hardest there but it’s not terrible. Really recommend this place to solo or couple travelers. For short or longer term stays
