Beachfront holiday rental in Africo

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Guisseppe did everything to make our arrival as relaxed as possible. We recommend renting a car in advance to explore the area, as the nearest town can only be reached on foot via a country road or along the beach. There is a nice coffee shop across the street. The beach is empty and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back !

Carlo was an amazing host – very attentive and caring throughout our stay. The apartment had a stunning sea view and was located in the heart of a charming fishing district in Scilla. Everything was clean, cozy, and felt truly authentic. One of the best stays I’ve Ive ever had – absolutely top-notch!

Antonio was a super friendly host, always responds for our messages, he gave us some recommendations and what's fantastic offers fantastic homemade products! the place is located in walking distance from the beach which is super quiet and wide. We've got everything we need over there. planty of parking space on fhe street. highly recommend for long and short stay 😉

The house in Scilla impresses with its prime location right by the sea and its proximity to the center, which made our stay particularly pleasant. Alessandra gave us a friendly welcome and explained everything important. Pierluigi was always available and gave us many good tips for the area. Overall we enjoyed our time in Scilla and very much appreciated the charming atmosphere of the place as well as the proximity to the beach.

We loved our stay in Scilla. The apartment was located on the fourth floor with a veranda overlooking the beach. We spent the majority of our time on the veranda . Comfortable seating and beautifully decorated. We look forward to coming back next year.

Giuseppe was an excellent host. We reserved place at last minute because our previous reservation was horrible. Giuseppe was gracious and accommodating. Apartment was in a quiet place. Clean and comfortable. We would recommend this to anyone!!

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

I am very satisfied, right by the sea with rock/stone coast, so the sea always has a nice turquoise and the water is very clean. Parking on the fenced property and the pool - which is very large - makes the stay perfect, also that there are still tables for eating outside.. and of course the outdoor shower... From here you can easily reach many places by car. The landlord also very nice... also his 92 year old father and his brother... very warm Thanks so much

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Purposefully furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea, really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06, there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella. If you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had a perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 1 June. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

We had a wonderful 13 days staying at Max’s lovely villa which had everything that we needed. We did a lot of travelling around in the daytime so was lovely to come back and cook a meal in the evening and then relax and have a bottle of local wine Max was very helpful the one small problem we did have was sorted out within a hour The property is in a nice isolated area in excellent condition with nice grounds and swimming pool and Max couldn’t do enough for you, The only downside which was nothing to do with Max was the barking dogs nearby. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend this property

Excellent place to be quiet with the family.mare easily accessible by car 2 minutes. Restorant bars at your fingertips. Super clean accommodation area around the well-kept apartments also the spectacular pool is always clean and tidy. Excellent place

Graziella and Antonio are very welcoming and responsive and made us feel like family. Graziella greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the house and the grounds. The Villa is well equipped and spacious with a stunning view of the Strait of Messina and Sicily. The Villa is located minutes from the city of Reggio and easy access to other towns in the region. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day.

We loved our stay! We will 100% stay here again when we come to visit family. The apartment was very clean- the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and had a lovely balcony and view! The location is perfect- we would wake up everyday and walk right across the street to the beach. Beatrice was a great host- very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with anything!

Huge flat with 3 balconies, huge living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Fully equipped. Washer, iron, toiletries, and extra towels. Great owners who took great care of us. They gave tips for a great stay. Great location. A minute to the sea, restaurants. 5 minutes to the local shop smelling Italian. 7 minutes to the train station. We recommend walking to Catona, travelling to Sicily by water tram, visit to Melito di Porto Salve. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for real Italy.

Natale was the perfect host throughout our stay in Italy from picking us up at the airport, taking us for a local breakfast and helping us with shopping on our first day..The apartment was clean bright and spacious and round the corner from the beach and train and across the road from the bus stop..The local supermarket is in walking distance and the town centre a short bus journey..we absolutely loved our stay, there’s so much to culture and things to do in Reggio Calabria, the weather was beautiful and we will definitely be back as it’s a perfect location and only 30 mins on the ferry to Sicily..Thank you again for making our stay very pleasurable..

The apartment is clean and well maintained and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The division of the two bedrooms is particularly positive: one is ideal for couples, while the other can accommodate 1-2 children. Both bedrooms have large balconies that offer a beautiful view – on one side to the city and to the sea on the other. In addition, there are many closets to keep the clothes comfortable. In addition, there is a spacious living room as well as a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Surroundings are quiet, yet all necessary amenities are close by. The communication with the host was excellent, and I would like to thank you for making check-in at 11 pm so straightforward and informative. Unfortunately, the balcony with city views was somewhat stained by bird droppings and the neighbor dog is very noisy. In addition, I would have liked a higher water pressure in the shower.

Our stay was in December. Parking was easy at the bottom of the building. Everything was perfect, the terrace is beautiful, the view is splendid. For swimming, just cross the street! Erika is really kind and available for any concerns.
