Rosina was such a graceful and attentive host. She made delicious breakfast every morning and made sure you felt right at home. She was so service minded and kind. Cannot fault the host or the space.

Carlo is a very friendly and welcoming host. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We slept incredibly well from the first night - the waves are right below the apartment, exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay, and sad to leave. Andrea's house is beautifully located by the sea, with direct access to the beach. You have an unobstructed view of the sea, Stromboli on the horizon and a sunset every evening. The furnishings are simple, as is often the case in Italy, but clean and tidy. The surroundings are already very quiet in October, every now and then a cat sneaks by, you are completely undisturbed and can enjoy the holidays. The house has a garage parking space, just a few steps away. A bar and a few restaurants can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Pippo, Andrea's father, takes care of all local matters very lovingly, be it a question about the surroundings, where you can get something, something doesn't work or just a chat about the weather. He is always available and happy to help. Highly recommended.

Great solution for those who want to escape from everyday life, 2 steps from the beach and the main amenities. The terrace offers the opportunity to dine hearing the sound of the waves enjoying the wonderful sea breeze. Francesco is very contactable. We'll be back.

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT STAY, HOUSE EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE COMFORTS VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND A NICE PROMENADE FOR RELAXING WALKS. ROBERTO AND ALESSANDRO TWO SPECIAL PEOPLE AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE . CERTAINLY IF THERE IS THE ACCIDENT, I WILL RETURN.... THE TIP.....

Absolutely fantastic place and a wonderful host. We felt right at home and always had things to do either playing in the pool (which our son loved) or following one of the excellent local recommendations from Cinzia. Lots of lovely hand made touches rounded the whole experience out and by the time checkout came we didn't want to leave. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

fantastic accommodation to say the least,it was perfect for a week of complete relaxation. we stayed with our dog who had all the space she needed and her beautiful dogs already in the house to play with. the hosts were super helpful and kind for the entire stay,giving us tips about the area and meeting us where possible. special mention for the view of the sea from the house that made us dream.

I am very satisfied, right by the sea with rock/stone coast, so the sea always has a nice turquoise and the water is very clean. Parking on the fenced property and the pool - which is very large - makes the stay perfect, also that there are still tables for eating outside.. and of course the outdoor shower... From here you can easily reach many places by car. The landlord also very nice... also his 92 year old father and his brother... very warm Thanks so much

Nice and practical house with everything you need! Very clean. Lovely large terrace overlooking the sea. Clean and nice pool just nearby. Walking distance to beach, free sun loungers and parasols. Crystal clear water. We got quick and good help from Britta and co as AC in the living room didn't work. This place is highly recommended!

Massimo is a very friendly and helpful host, everytime available if there should be any questions. We loved staying at his house on the calabrian countryside with cows, sheep and olivetrees as our neighbours. We would come back anytime without hesitating.

Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us very helpful information about the area. Views from the balcony on the Stromboli, the beautiful plants and the sunset were breathtaking. Wonderful beaches in the area. Everything was just beautiful.🤩

Ambra and Orazio are extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. The price of the stay is justified by the amazing sea view, the private access to it (a stones and pebbles but comfortable beach, with pristine water) and the vast, beautiful and well equiped ground. The house is relatively large and niceless decorated. It is good to be aware of a few details: barely functioning internet, some noise from the road (it can be an annoyance at night from the bedrooms) and old windows. Overall, it is nevertheless worth recommending.

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

The apartment was even nicer than in the photo, very large, clean and brand new. The location, just in front of the sea, very comfortable. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Gabriele was an extremely helpful and kind host, immediately available for every need or suggestion. Absolutely recommended, we'll be back!

Recently renovated house, well equipped. Lots of attention, from finding various groceries in the house, products for the care of the person and for the use of the kitchen, to the daily availability of the owner Federica in satisfying every need. The house is in front of a transparent sea, on the beach you can have good spaces even in August, parking on the street is easy to find.

Great place for 4 adults and several children. Walk to restaurants and stroll along the seaside . Have a car to visit the surrounding area.

Very nice house with magnificent garden in the middle of the countryside with a breathtaking view of the sea, Stromboli, the Aeolian Islands and Sicily (with Etna) and spectacular sunsets. Although the house is a true haven of peace due to its location, you can reach all the highlights of the area the places, coves and beaches of Capo Vaticano, the Costa degli Dei with Tropea in a short time. I particularly liked the really very good amenities, which also makes longer stays (5 weeks) very pleasant and Eleonora is a very nice and helpful host who responds very quickly if you need additional support. Another note for drivers of electric cars: the AC shop in the immediate area (San Domenica, Tropea) and the coast up to Pizzo is very easy and for longer excursions in all directions such as Catanzaro, Crotone, Badolato, Gerace, Scilla, Pentedattilo you will always find some fast chargers along the way.
