Villa was absolutely spotless upon our arrival. Ουρανια was a brilliant host, helping us organise Taxis, and transport whenever we needed it. She even baked us some cake for our stay which was delicious!

Great house, had everything, even a ping-pong table fully equipped Delightful pool Extremely quiet neighborhood with very nice surroundings and very close to mini markets and taverns At the same time, it is an ideal spot for someone to get to know all the beauties of Rethymno in all directions I would really like to vacation every year in similar homes and such beautiful areas

The house is exactly as you can see from the photos... lovely place!The tranquility is the master. The pool is definitely an extra element despite the crazy sea of the island. Personally we used it morning and night and at night you have a view of the stellar mantle!! In short, everything is really fantastic but there is an extra element... on the contrary, two... the people (unfortunately it does not make me write the names) that we found at the check-in... fantastic people... reserved... discreet kind and always with a smile In short, they add human quality to a place that is really beautiful. The house sits beautifully above the sea overlooking the west and guaranteed breathtaking sunsets. Beaches mountains, hikes everything is easily accessible nearby. There is a small economy in the village where we ate very well. Since we were on the road at the absolute end of the season, many alternatives were already closed. The house is quite new and quite modern and open. All in all, we liked it extremely well and can absolutely recommend it. Only the supply of supermarkets is very thin. However, there is a small market on the road to Elafonisi where you can get plenty of supplies.

We absolutely loved our week here at Kostas’ villa! The villa is beautiful in its location and simplicity and has everything you need for a true holiday that still feels as welcome as home.Kostas met our ferry, assisted us to get a rental car, led us to a supermarket and then to the villa. Such a kind and thoughtful man ! It would be hard to find anyone as nice as Kostas. The villa was peaceful and with spring in the air the incredible tropical garden was starting to wake up. We could smell the orange blossoms in the air and loved drinking wine on the balcony at the end of a long day walking and exploring - watching the beautiful sunsets. Even when we had a few cold and windy days we didn’t care - it was such a lovely place to be. No tv is fabulous - you think you will miss it but no. We couldn’t recommend Kostas and his wonderful villas highly enough - you just have to go and experience it all for yourself. Now. Go now! Thank you so much Kostas! 👏👏🥂

Beautiful villa on the southern mountain of Faliraki. We were guided through the property directly at check-in by a nice employee of Rhodes Holiday Villas and all questions were answered. From the house you can see the whole coast of Faliraki and even further, you have a beautiful view. However, you should be warned that the villa is very high and thus a car is very beneficial. Nevertheless, you can also walk very quickly in the middle of Faliraki. The equipment is just as great, you have enough dishes/glasses and some other useful things such as a modern fridge or a BBQ grill. Outside, the pool and hot tub were also serviced regularly. All in one a very nice stay.

The perfect villas for a big group, we loved both and had the most relaxing time around them. Location is close to all the local beaches and only a 10 minute taxi to Chania. Evi the host was excellent throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

We were eight women who spent a week at Villa Rodea. Had an amazing time, the view is wonderful and we had an uncomplicated care by the Komos team. We'll be back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the house. Beautiful spaces both outside and inside. Highly recommended. Also for our toddler everything was provided. The pool was on the fresh side but the weeks before it wouldn't have been very hot. Small tip to the host: extra kitchen equipment is allowed (more towels, look press, pads for the table, candlesticks, ...) It was a nice holiday and we were spoiled by a local catering company that Audrey recommended to us.

There are no words to describe the beauty of the Villa, even more beautiful than pictures, we had an amazing stay, we have been pampered by the host and the welcome was above any expectations, we really felt at home anytime and not just upon our arrival but during our stay with constant support and care of details. We will come back and highly recommend a stay there. Moreover the Villa is located in a quite area but close to main beaches and also facilities. 100/100 truly, one of the best stay ever I would say!

Wonderful home. Great experience. Place is a 1 minute walk to the beach. House has 1 bedroom upstairs with an amazing view, 2 bedrooms downstairs below the main floor, and the 4th bedroom is outside the home with an entrance to it by the patio. Comes with two parking spots

Good bits. The villa was outstanding, as described & the photo's don't lie! Pool is amazing as are the views. The villa & grounds spotlessly clean & spacious. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Nikos provided a lovely welcome pack, inc Oat milk as requested. He also gave us some good recommendations for ordering in (efoods app was great & better than trying to use the oven & utensils). The beds were very comfortable. We had a problem with the jacuzzi, but Nikos's father was there to sort it out within the hour! Can't fault the service or friendliness. We were a family party of 10 with an age range of 17 to 61. Not so good bits. Not enough plug sockets in the bedrooms & no window covering on the upstairs master bathroom. The cats! They drive you mad, they meow constantly & try to get indoors, you can't leave the doors open (problem when half the party love them & feed them!!! but the other half don't like cats). Taxi's expensive. Overall, would thoroughly recommend & return.

The level of service provided was truly outstanding. Kosta, Eliane, and Vaso went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and cater to our every need. Their remarkable attentiveness and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Vaso's helpfulness with all our requests was especially appreciated. Villa Palm is a true gem, a peaceful oasis with breathtaking views away from all the bustle. We loved the hot tub, spacious terrace, comfortable lounge chairs, and thoughtful touches like the large pool towels. Villa Palm is more than just an accommodation; it is an experience that nourishes the soul. We have made lifelong friends from this amazing immersion!

This architecturally designed modern new home might just be one of the most beautiful places that we have ever stayed at. The open concept, spectacular pool and separate shallow pool for younger children are absolutely magnificent. The ensuite washrooms are just beautiful, each room designed differently and the kitchen is a chef's dream. Location is very quiet and close to shopping. The host is extremly responsive and I would highly recommend this property.

We spent just under a week in this really great house. The small village is very sweet, small taverns within walking distance and the surroundings offer many experiences. For us as a 6-person family, there was plenty of space and we enjoyed the heated pool at the end of October. The cost of 50 euros per day for this is already steep - but for us, three heating days were enough to keep the water warm for 6 days … But then you have to consistently cover the pool when you are not in the water, which makes sense for ecological reasons … absolutely recommended!!

Villa Arietta is a dream house. Located in the beautiful hills just outside Kissamos, 10 mins by car from the sea. The house is marvelous and has all the comforts you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. We were two couples with one toddler and a baby and both indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for our needs. Also, thoughtful little touches like a welcome hamper with local products, and numerous amazing toys for the kids to use in the garden. Arietta and her husband have been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout, and communication has always been quick and proactive. We loved our stay and we really hope to come back again. Definitely recommended, one of the best places we’ve been to!

Our stay at this amazing villa was simply perfect! Both the interior and exterior areas were beautifully designed, everything in impeccable condition and with a lot of attention to detail. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed – the kitchen was fully equipped, and all the essentials were provided for a relaxing vacation. The layout of the villa was particularly impressive: Even with 8 people, everyone could find their own space to retreat and relax. You arrive and immediately feel like you’re in your own little village. The hosts welcomed us with thoughtful gifts such as bread, cold cuts, fresh fruit, water, wine, and beer – such a lovely gesture! The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, at all times and in every part of the villa. Communication with the hosts was smooth, and we felt completely at home. We spent 10 wonderful days here with 8 people and would absolutely book the villa again. Highly recommended!

In general the Bodrum peninsula has seen a lot of building development. So it was nice to feel a bit removed from all the crowded places. But still have a good restaurant in walking distance and grocery shopping just 5 Minutes by car. A nice and secluded beach was also only 15 Minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed this get away and I painfully miss my peaceful morning coffee out on the terrace looking over the hills and down to the sea.

The house has been fully redecorated to a high modern day standard. It's spacious and very private, also thanks to the walled inner garden with swimming pool, and possibilities to park two cars behind an electronically operated gate. The house is clean and the beds very comfortable. Also ideal when traveling with two couples of which one has children, because one bedroom has a separate front door that is accessible from the garden (under the roof top terrace). A very nice local restaurant and a supermarket are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!
