Big R's Retreat Secluded and located in Nature

Welcome to our home: where we have found peace and relaxation for over 20 years. A German native, Big R fell in love with the open land and rolling hills of Wisconsin, becoming a US citizen in the 80s. He met Curly, a Chicago city girl, who brought a little city to his country life. They enjoy raising buffalo and spending warmer days on their porch enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views (with no mosquitos!). Now they want to share their idyllic and peaceful home with you. Drive down a dead-end road and pull up to a rustic cabin filled with high-tech and cozy amenities. We have something for everyone with a gas fireplace, tv (complete with dish, Cinemax, HBO and a Bluetooth sound system), board games and a full kitchen. Take a drink outside to soak in the hot tub or sit around the campfire. When the day is done, you will fall asleep instantly on the memory foam bed, either in the loft or the bedroom, and wake up to a beautiful sunrise looking out over your little getaway.

According to Forbes, Escape makes "the most beautiful tiny houses in the world". Ours is perched near our home above the Black River. It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. *No Pets

My place is close to great views and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. Located in the small town of Ontario, WI the suite has a full kitchen and bathroom. Includes a pool table and Foosball table. 2 queen beds, 2 queen sleeper-sofas, 1 full-size bed, and 1 full sleeper-sofa . DirectTV & WiFi.The 1100 square foot suite is located above our garage has its own entrance. Newly completed and includes every thing.

Lake Onalaska Cabin surrounded by Wildlife Refuge

Two bedroom cabin on the edge of the Upper Mississippi Wildlife Refuge. Surrounded on one side by beautiful Lake Onalaska with prairie walking trails on the other. You will have access to hiking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing steps from your door. There are two public boat landings less than a mile away. Enjoy this Lower Unit Suite in Sparta, WI! Located 7 miles from Ft. McCoy just off the River Run golf course in Beautiful Sparta,WI You can bike the trails, hike, golf or kayak all from this location. This suite is close to hockey rink and park system. Great place to enjoy and relax. Very well behaved dogs are accepted. No cats, pigs, birds or reptiles. There is a $25 fee per pet. I do ask you to keep the dogs off the furniture to minimize damage and also to clean up any yard waste.

Amenities and activities include: a walking trail, bike trail, cows in pasture, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grills outside (there is no cooking in the cabins), Air Conditioning, Heat and firewood is supplied. Nearby activities include: canoeing, fishing, 4 wheeling, antiquing, and superb scenic sites. Pet Policy: Pets may stay with you for an extra $25 per pet/night.
