We rent out our wonderful 60 m2 apartment with 45 m2 private terrace and panorama views of the sea, 1 h 20 m from Málaga airport. The apartment was new in 2009 (renovated 2019) and is situated 3 km from the beach in an authentic Spanish village. The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy a stress-free village close to the sea while visiting beautiful Granada or Málaga, hiking in Sierra Nevada or exploring the Almería coast.

El apartamento está situado en el mismo centro de la acogedora y tranquila ciudad de Almerimar, está situado en una de las bahías del pintoresco puerto. Todo lo que necesitas está cerca: a 50 métros del mar y 200 metros de un supermercado, а 5 min de la playa y abajo hay unos buenos restaurantes. Los apartamentos han sido recientemente renovados y equipados con todo lo que hará que su estancia sea cómoda. Y la vista desde la terraza al parque y al mar te dará buen humor y ganas de volver.

Fantastic quiet house I have independent facing the Mediterranean Sea in the best area of Adra, (Playa Sirena Loca). With terrace overlooking the sea and back terrace with barbecue and ocean views. Quiet beach without crowds. The house is located on the first floor and consists of a large dining room, double bedroom bed of 1.35 another bed of 1.05 ,a second double room with two single beds and a third room with bunk bed, has a crib for a bathroom and kitchen.

Downtown is a 15-minute drive away where I'll find bars with the best fish and food products in Adra. "Luck off" is a better place to enjoy rest and wellness with family or friends

Beachfront house

Beautiful beachfront apartment, located in Guainos Bajos, a 3-minute drive from Adra. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with 2 bunk beds). Very spacious living room-kitchen, fully equipped. Sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. It has two full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. All rooms have A/C and face the outside. It also has a small porch where you can enjoy the afternoons!

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
