Valeria was the best host and I couldn’t recommend this house anymore it’s exactly as shown in pictures and whenever we needed help with anything Ion Valeria’s friend would be very helpful.If you are ever interested in a place to relax with friends and watch the beautiful view this is the place🙌🏾

Am avut parte de o ședere minunată în această cazare ! Locuinta este foarte spațioasă, are camere înalte, cu mobilier clasic, de bună calitate . Totul a fost curat, bine organizat și exact ca în poze – chiar mai frumos în realitate! In curte este amplasata și o masa cu fotolii, astfel ca ai unde sa savurezi dimineața cafeaua, sau seara un pahar de vin. Autoturismul se poate parca în siguranță chiar în fata casei, pe o strada cu acces limitat. Zona este una rezidențială, liniștită, aflata în proximitatea mai multor clinici și spitale. La distanta de 10-15 min plimbare ușoară am regasit mai multe restaurante( inclusiv Andy's), iar la 5 min de plimbare se afla un supermarket Linella. Pana în zona ultracentrala faci maxim 15 min cu mașina. Carolina a fost excepțională – atentă, amabilă și mereu disponibilă pentru orice întrebare sau nevoie am avut. Ne-am simțit cu adevărat bineveniți, am primit chiar și un vin bun la sosire. Mulțumim pentru ospitalitate – cu siguranță vom reveni!

Great plate to stay. Cozy, beautiful, organized, very clean. Everything you need for an amazing stay. Very helpful host, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Will be back anytime!

Lovely place. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. Little to no neighbors, so you are mostly free to listen to some music after 10PM or watch a movie on the marvelous outside projector screen, with beautiful bird songs accompanying you in the evening and morning. The outside projector screen with the terrace and hot-tub are a wonderful addition to this booking. So do bring your swimwear, some towels, maybe even bathrobes. The projector screen has an Android TV box to it, but feel free to bring your own if you have more streaming services connected (only Netflix is available on the local one, although you can log in and log out with your services if you want, that's what we did) Mattresses are a bit on the firm side, but still comfortable to sleep on. Spacious living. Kitchen has most of what you would need. The BBQ zone is also well equipped. The yard is also very neat and cozy. The house is very cozy due to the A-frame build feels a bit more special to live in. Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved staying at Victor’s place. Modern furniture and plenty of space. Covered garage very useful, so you don’t leave your car in the street. Spotless and very clean house. Just 10 minutes walk from the mall and the garden. Perfect location if you’d like to explore the city. Victor was very friendly and available when needed. We would definitely come back. This house was a gem. Thank you

We stayed at this beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations. The apartment looks even better than in the pictures which is rare. The apartment is very clean and equipped with all the essentials. Endless towels.. The manager who checked us in was very helpful and available to us whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again next time we visit.

Poziția apartamentului este foarte buna – foarte aproape de principalele atracții, ceea ce ne-a permis să ne bucurăm din plin de oraș fără prea mult efort si fara sa folosim masina. Tatiana a fost extrem de amabilă și ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie.

A great stay in this apartment in Chișinău. It’s centrally located, close to cafes, shops, and transport, yet quiet at night. The space was clean and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Chișinău and would love to stay in this apartment when I return.

Шикарная квартира, Шикарные хозяева! Такой теплоты приема я не встречала нигде, а я путешествую очень много, можно сказать живу в путешествиях и дома бываю меньше чем где-то))) Поэтому с уверенностью могу сказать, что все было на высшем уровне, хозяин помог с чемоданами, все рассказал, внутри чисто, все продумано, так, что чувствуешь себя как дома :) Поэтому однозначно советую, буду рада остановиться снова 💛 Расположение хорошее, не шумно, но рядом с центральной улицей, а еще рядом есть вкусная плацента)))) что немаловажно по приезду в кишенев 😁 Что еще, милая терраса, на которой можно завтракать, или ужинать :)

В целом все прошло нормально. Единственное, была проблема при заселении, наш ключ забрал другой человек и нам пришлось ждать в два часа ночи с детьми на улице, когда принесут ключ. Наверное, надо делать отдельные ячейки. А так все хорошо

O gazdă foarte drăguță, a acceptat să ajungem și să plecăm mai târziu, ne-a chemat și taxi, iar locația e foarte frumoasă. Greu cu locurile de parcare, în rest totul bine.

Apartament curat, situat la etajul 8 într-un bloc nou, aproape de centru orașului. Feodosie ne-a întâmpinat și ne-a făcut câteva recomandări. Foarte util locul de parcare privat. În apartament găsești tot ce ai nevoie. Ne-am întorsrce oricand. Recomand.

The apartment looks just like in the photos—spacious and with a comfortable bed. Despite being in a large building with many residents, the thick walls keep it quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped. We didn’t cook since there are many great and affordable restaurants nearby, but if you want to cook, you’ll have everything you need. Parking is free for everyone, so finding a spot can be a bit tricky. With some luck, you can park close to the building, otherwise you might need to park a bit farther away at first and move your car closer in the morning. The inner parking area tends to fill up in the evenings. The location was great for us—not in the city center, but not far from it either. Taxis are cheap, there’s a small bus station near the apartment, and a larger one about a 15–20 minute walk away. Communication with Serghei and his team was prompt, responsive, and helpful. If you’re planning to visit Chișinău, I definitely recommend this apartment.

Хороший дом со своей террасой и грилем. Светлана всегда очень быстро отвечала на все вопросы и очень помогала. Если будем еще раз там, то обязательно остановимся у нее
