AuSable Brewery is just across the road, and Lake Champlain is just 1 mile away. Excellent local cycling, paddling, hiking, & boating abound.

Tucked in the woods on our working sheep farm, our off-grid tiny house is the perfect escape and stepping stone into the Adirondack mountains for hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. Labor of love, as we tried to preserve all the original features of this house. 2 bedrooms, can sleep 2 guests comfortably. 1 bathroom, small kitchen, with propane stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator.
