Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in City of Adelaide

We loved our stay in Lucy’s cottage. It’s one of our favourite airbnbs. Lucy was very kind to provide provisions for us and left us muffins, eggs, bacon, fruit and chocolate as well as an extensive collection of tea. The cottage itself is very charming and beautiful. Both rooms were very comfortable and the bath was lovely. Would highly recommend this airbnb.

Place was lovely…. Perfect for our group stay over Easter…. Easy walking distance to some lovely cafes / pubs so we ate out quite a lot. Really spacious house and big backyard. Jo was very responsive to any questions. Thank you

Great location to access the city and yet stay on the fringe. Very easy to jump on scooters to go places. House was great, excellent air conditioning and very comfortable beds

Deborah's house was full of character, located on a quiet lane, close to the restaurants on O'Connell street, and an easy walk into the CBD through interesting an historic neighbourhood and public parks. The beds were very comfortable, and bathroom and kitchen well stocked. The back lounge/kitchen areas was bright and full of light in the mornings, opening onto an uncluttered courtyard, that doubled as an off street carpark during week days. It was a perfect location, and set up for our travel to Adelaide to visit friends and wineries.

Great location for walking round the city

Location, location! The apartment was so centrally located that we didn't need to walk more than 12 minutes in any direction to all the sites we had planned to visit- the Gallery, Central Market, Chinatown, Festival Theatre, Botanic Gardens, Rundle mall, East End, Casino, etc. It was so well located that we even had time to pop back in between activities, rest our legs, then head out again with plenty of time to spare. The apartment was huge, spotless, had everything we needed, and the host was super responsive. We thought it was great value too. We thought the location might mean it would be noisy at night but as a light sleeper I had no issues at all with traffic or street noise. A wonderful stay in beautiful Adelaide!

Cath's place is in an awesome location. Handy to great food & drink venues + public transport as well as North Terrace, the cultural heart of Adelaide. The apartment is modern, clean & well equipped. Everything you will need is here. Highly recommended.

Hera was an absolutely wonderful host—so warm, kind, and thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The apartment was clean and cosy as well as beautifully prepared with lovely touches like wine, chocolates, gentle music playing, and fresh flower decorations in every room. Gorgeous view of the hills out of the large windows of the master bedroom, especially at night! About a minutes walk to the parklands along East Tce. So many food and shopping options along Hutt street or Rundle, all within a 5-10min walk. Did not hear any noise from the club next door over the whole weekend! The apartment itself is well spaced out. It feels quite cozy and homely. There were a few really hot days during our stay, the aircon didn’t skip a beat! Thanks to Nitin and the team for another great stay! They were very helpful and responsive throughout

Loved our stay! Mason was incredibly responsive and kindly gave us extra time for check-out, making our departure much more relaxed. He also provided really helpful info about parking options for our hire car, which was much appreciated. The apartment is in a central location—perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

We’ve just spent a fabulous 3 nights at Deb’s wonderful apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has so many lovely extras – whether it be lots of towels, quality toiletries, a welcome pack of wine and chocolates and provisions for a continental breakfast for the entire stay. The nespresso machine and well stocked pantry were also very welcomed. The apartment is very central and walking distance to so many sights, supermarkets and eateries. The local bus to Hahndorf and the tram to Glenelg are both easy walking distance from the apartment. Deb has created a beautiful apartment that was easily one of the main highlights of our Adelaide trip. It is a 6 out of 5 for us and we are already looking forward to coming back to stay. Loved my stay, but was shocked about the amount of stairs to climb with a heavy suitcase 2 x women in their 60's but managed- just wasnt aware Somewhere next door someone was snoring sooooooo bad so had to take sleeping tablets every night to fall asleep. (not anyones fault just thin walls!) Would have been good to know how to use the coffee machine, (the milk frother! coudnt get it off) just submitting my experience, would i stay there again - most definitely ! would i recommend - absolutely! would come back tomorrow if I could - loved every minute of my first SA experience. The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

We had an amazing 4 nights. The location, amenities & apartment were a perfect base for myself & 2 children while we attended the equestrian festival. We'll definitely try to book in again here next year!

This was the second time that we have stayed at M & Ms. They are wonderful hosts, the location is excellent for walking around or catching buses and being an apartment, there is a lot of space to spread out. We highly recommend the apartment and the excellent hosts.

Loved staying here it had the best view over the city and sunset!!! Central location and so easy to walk everywhere to things like food, coffee, art gallery, gardens etc. The house was comfy with all amenities you need for short and long term stay plus the host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
