We had a wonderful 3 day stay up at Andrew's. The house was beautiful yet quaint, the 8 acres that the property sits on had a lot to do and see, and the area was very peaceful. I had some great sleep and, every morning, I was happy to wake up to watch the sun rise and the birds take turns eating from their feeders on the porch overlooking a small pond and gorgeous mountainside. This is the kind of house that immerses you in New York's nature and I couldn't get enough. The two things that one should know before coming is that this house is a bit remote, a 10 minute drive from Campbell/I-86 (though those 10 minutes are very peaceful), and the Wifi was a bit spotty for AT&T users. Apparently it worked great for Verizon phones, but it was a bit hard to stream for us. Anyways, Andrew is a wonderful, giving, and flexible host and I would stay at this family home 1,000 more times. Will book again soon.

We had such a great stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and even better in person. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient and peaceful. Thank you for being such a great host! We will definitely be rebooking in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!!

The house was welcoming as soon as we opened the door. Beautiful wood floor. The fridge had cold water in it and there were plenty of snacks on the counter. The kitchen has that beautiful restored 1950's look. Beds were very comfortable. One hard mattress and one soft mattress. Couch is very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood for getting a good night sleep. Great restaurants nearby such as Stonehouse Cafe and Mabel's Main St. Grille. Lots of places to drive to look at beautiful farms and countryside. Was the perfect location to stay at in order to visit family in Campbell and Thurston that we haven't seen in over 10 years. We highly recommend Michael's place!

Great house! Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. Lots of plugs and USB outlets in the bedrooms. New, quiet central A/C, nice TVs, etc. Everything seemed pretty new and in good shape. The neighborhood is a little on the questionable side, but we didn't have any specific problems. The view off the back deck was great! Alternate-side parking was also a little weird, but there is one spot in the driveway next to the house, and we never had trouble finding room to park on the street (just had to remember which side to park and when!). There are cameras on the property and an Alexa device, so it felt a little like we were being watched. But we weren't breaking any laws, anyway ;-) Overall, great rental experience - we would definitely stay here again!
