A place created for families and friends. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a shower room. EPA Holiday House is located only 30 km from Riga. Very close is the promenade that is leading to the sea and shops can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot. A hot tub is available for an additional fee.

We offer you a great time in a new built cabin, by the forest and by the sea! The cabin is only 20 minutes drive from the center of Riga, but the sea is only 15 minutes walk from the cabin.
