This is a really lovely and spacious apartment. We arrived at night and were actually emotional to wake up the next morning and see the great pyramids of giza and the nile river from the large terrace! Omar left us food in the freezer and was incredibly available when we had trouble getting hot water. The neighborhood is not much. You have to walk quite far to find anything like shops or supermarkets or cafe's (though just around the corner is a terrific restaurant called Dragon House that offers chinese, thai and indian food.) There are hundreds of stray dogs that live in the streets and howl at night. The apartment is like a wonderful oasis in a dirty building and grim neighborhood. But these issues are not Omar's fault or responsibility of course. A great host!

C’était super, la piscine, le cadre et le quartier sont top. L’hôte et sa famille ont été très accueillant, à l’écoute et très réactifs. Nous les remercions beaucoup car notre séjour a été embelli par leur gentillesse et niveau de service. Mention spéciale à leur chat Kiri qui nous a rendu beaucoup de visite de courtoisie que nous avons adoré ! (Il est très bavard et met l’ambiance). ‏بارك الله فيكم ❤️

سكنت أنا وزوجتي في هذه الشقة وكانت تجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. الموقع مميز جدًا وقريب من جميع الخدمات التي قد تحتاجها، مما جعل إقامتنا مريحة وسهلة. الكمباوند يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الأمان، حيث يوجد حراس أمن وكاميرات مراقبة في كل مربع، وهذا منحنا شعورًا كبيرًا بالطمأنينة. الشقة نظيفة جدًا ومطابقة تمامًا للصور المعلنة، والعمارة نفسها ممتازة وهادئة. كما أن الأستاذة إيمان كانت في قمة التعاون، وقدمت لنا كل ما يمكن تقديمه لتسهيل إقامتنا وجعلها مريحة. أنصح بالشقة وبشدة، خصوصًا للعائلات أو الأزواج، فهي خيار مثالي للسكن العائلي

We stayed in this duplex apartment for a week, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. The place was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey vibe. You can tell there’s a lot of care and attention to detail. It really felt like home from the moment we walked in. Hind was amazing to communicate with and always quick to reply and super helpful with tips about the area, which made everything so much easier for us. The location is great too and close to shops, cafes, and everything you might need, but still nice and quiet when you just want to relax. If you’re lucky enough to get a chance to stay here, take it! This place easily deserves 7 stars. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

Engy was an excellent host! She was available upon our arrival, guiding us through the process smoothly and ensuring everything was clear. Throughout our stay, she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with a charming little patio that added a special touch. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Mr nasr & Ahmed were really helpful and kind with the instructions to the house and when we got there the place was really clean and honestly the location is just perfect not hard to find at all, this is definitely not my last visit there 🌟

Maged was very welcoming and responsive. He even prepared snacks before my arrival. There is everything essential available in apartment for long stay. Overall my stay was comfortable and the area was quiet during night and away from main road. WiFi was very fast.

We had a great stay. The apart is very clean; it happens to be fairly new with modern furniture and neutral tones so very relaxing and very comfortable., including all the beds. It s also spacious and accommodated 4 of us. It can easily accommodate 6 people. The complex is huge with a few entry gates so we had to use the pin location to find our way with Ubers, it s well guarded and in proximity to landmark shopping malls. Cairo is a huge city so 15min car trip is a minimum to get anywhere. Ibrahim waited for us for a late check in and was flexible on check out time. He was very responsive to our very few queries. It s well worth it in Cairo 6th October. Would have returned there after our trip to Luxor but it’s booked so hopefully another time.
