The property The Home with swimming pool and Jacuzzi is located inside our agriresort Macchia Piccinna surrounded by olive trees and a considerable amount of green. There is free parking areas and concierge service for any needs and requirements. Our guests come here to relax, disconnect and recharge. INTERIOR The fantastic home consists of a lovely double bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, soft pillows and bed linen, which are included in the service. Additionally, the suite is composed by a second bedroom with two single beds (1.80cm). There is a comfortable dedicated en-suite bathroom with Welcome Kit, spacious shower with window, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Finally, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and elegant beige tiled floor. Inside the living room we have placed a comfortable sofa to relax in front of the TV or while waiting for meals. The Outside The home owns a private equipped veranda where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner, catch the warm Apulian sun or doze in the shade. The veranda has everything you need (table, comfortable chairs) to enjoy the tranquillity immersed in the green. Guests can enjoy the pleasant Salento breeze either in the sun or in the shade on the pretty veranda. FURNISHINGS AND SERVICES This wonderful home has everything you need for your stay. There are in fact: crockery, an assortment of pots and pans of various kinds, hair dryer, air conditioning (1 air conditioner in the central area), blackout curtains, mosquito nets (both in the bedroom and in the bathroom), LED TV, iron, ironing board. There is also a microwave oven. PREMIUM RESORT COMFORTS AND SERVICES There is also a fabulous large 120-square-metre swimming pool, with hydro-massage corner where you can relax with your eyes closed, surrounded by the relaxing scenery of our exclusive resort. In the immediate vicinity of the pool there is a Lavazza coffee machine and a vending machine, both operating H24. Common services: Use of the 120 sq. m swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor showers, bathrooms with showers, laundry area with coin-operated washing machine and dryer, wi-fi , rental bikes.

Silvestro's house is an elegant stone residence, perfect for immersing yourself in the tranquillity of the Itria Valley. Two bright and comfortable double bedrooms, a large kitchen and two private atriums provide an oasis of absolute peace. A single sofa bed is available on request. The host enhances guests' stays with tastings of local products, traditional dishes, extra-virgin olive oil produced from the property's own olive trees, and local wine, offering an authentic Apulian culinary experience.
