Casa Teo is a large and airy space overlooking a sunny and well-equipped garden. It enjoys a sea view as far as the eye can see, directly on the Riviera of the Cyclops. The decor is essential and elegant, simple but functional, with attention to every detail. The apartment, almost entirely facing the sea, is a recent renovation of a house from the early 1900s: - the dining/living area opens directly onto the garden and is equipped for every need - The double bedroom has an exclusive bathroom -an additional living room has two sofa beds and another bathroom. The parking is private, as is the descent to the Scardamiano seafront of AciCastello, full of bathing establishments equipped with every service. You can walk to the center of Acitrezza in a few minutes.

This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.

I rent Villa Anna between aloe and lemons 200 meters from the sea. Available washer, TV, Freezer, Iron. Large terraces where you can sunbathe overlooking the sea. Showers also on the terraces, garden with eco-friendly vegetables. The use of the machine is essential. Comfortable parking available. The house is available for both 14 people , and two people onwards are adapted as needed. Internet connection. The tourist tax is 2 euros per person per day.
