With its oak parquet floors and marble fireplaces, this two-rooms apartment, only for two adults, is well-equipped and very comfortable. Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)
