The apartment is very nice, with very good taste in decoration, everything very tidy and thought of the client's comfort. It is not recommended for those who want to cook because it has very few pots, the air in the main room almost does not cool even to the lowest temperature. The set is very regular, there is nothing additional to do inside, it is very unoccupied and seems almost abandoned. The entrance to the dirty tower and without lighting, the apartment is the 5 if you carry several suitcases and the market is hard to climb and the apartment are fixing the other apartments and keeps very dirty. Things happened that are out of the reach of the owner like we were almost a day without light and the Internet was falling almost all the time. keep in mind that villavicencio is very close but you have to pay toll. It's very good accommodation and I would come back but I hope they care more about the common areas. The host is one of the best that I met on Airbnb, all the time worried and in constant communication

It is a place just like the photos, to rest with privacy and easy access, there are 3 houses in a row and it is important that the neighbors are not noisy. In the kitchen, small pots are missing to be able to cook a small group, otherwise everything is very good Daniel is very attentive and pending

This place is fantastic, the rooms are great, the garden and the pool very nice. A few amenities or changes may be missing (e.g. a dishwasher or placing a refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen). Neighbors should also be prevented from making excessive noise during parties at night. In short, I'll go back for a relaxing vacation.

Excellent service, good location, the perfect accommodation, Silvia's attention was excellent, if you don't want to cook, at the exit of the complex on weekends they sell delicious suckling pig, tamales, red wine, orange juice, in front of the complex the parking lot costs $6,000 per night. 10 out of 10

Positive things. - The place and the complex are very nice. - The two pools are nice, one for children and another for adults, and there are always lifeguards. - The apartment is just like the photos, perfect for a family. - Mrs. Carmen is very attentive and responsive - Very quick and safe access to the apartment. - The view is beautiful. - All bedrooms have a balcony. Suggestions: - The first day I got lost, the apartment complexes are for example: Maria I, II, III condominiums and there are many, I got lost and Mrs. Carmen had no signal and I didn't know which one it was, as a suggestion specify which apartment complex it is for a quicker arrival. - The main room has air conditioning, and there is only one fan that you have to divide between the living room, kitchen and two auxiliary rooms. As a suggestion, if possible, another fan, so at night each room has its own fan and during the day you can take it to the living room. - Gray towels. I recommend this place to stay :)

Diana was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is just as shown in the photos. The only thing was that the day we left, the complex had no water since the night before. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. Otherwise, everything was perfect

The house is very spacious, it has mosquito nets on the windows that help a lot with the issue of insects inside the rooms, having trees nearby makes it very cool, the pool is great, it has lighting, it is very clean and can be used until 11:00 pm, the area where it is located has enough stores to shop at fair prices, and the house has a VERY COMPLETE BBQ area. In short, we would return. Areas for improvement The jacuzzi doesn't work. I understand that they're going to repair it this semester.

The stay was great! Martha is very friendly and helpful, the apartment is as described and everything is super good! Too bad the issue of water, but it is from Villavicencio, for this Martha has very well adequate the apartment and can be circumvented without setbacks. We really liked everything. Claudia is very responsive and responds quickly. Place was great for the whole family. The only thing we didn't like was that they had hours in the pool and although it could be managed a little, the directions of the caretaker were not clear or agreed with those that Claudia gave us. On one of the days, the caretaker was a little rough and intransigent with the issue by taking us out and throwing the chemicals into the pool without letting us talk to Claudia and generated discomfort and disagreement. Otherwise everything was perfect.
