Great location for those visiting NYU Abu Dhabi. Walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, and the university.

The check-in process was seamless, the space was spotless and beautifully decorated, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided — it truly felt like a home away from home. Ann was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, including great local recommendations and prompt answers to any questions. The location was perfect - easy access to roads and super close to multiple malls. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. She was very friendly, very helpful and everything you can expect that you need in the flat it was available.

We had a one day layover going to socotra and arrived in AUH 7am. Fahad was amazing and let us check-in super early. We were able to do a lot after waking up and this made the whole experience worthwhile. House made us feel right at home and even though Fahad was at work, we had no issues with communicating. Definitely recommend. Will happily stay here every time we are in Abu Dhabi. Location is 10 minutes from airport which is a plus. Thanks for hosting us :)
