Holiday rentals with beach access in Abraham Adesanya Estate

I had an amazing experience staying at William’s place in Lagos. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly and made to feel at home. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and located in a safe, accessible area. The decor was stylish and modern, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering great local tips and being available whenever I had questions. I particularly appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the serene environment, which made it easy to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Lagos. It was truly a 5-star experience, and I look forward to returning!

This was a great spot close to everything. The Ac worked great. The space was very nice and very comfortable. All the staff was very attentive. The host was always available. Any questions I had he answered pretty quick and was able to have staff help getting things that I needed. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lagos.

We had a wonderful stay at Lodgewell. From the moment we arrived, Tina was incredibly hospitable—she made us feel at home and checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The fragrance from the diffusers was soothing. It is the perfect place to relax after a day out. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was a short but very great stay. Piper was there to help from check in to check out. He was also responsive to my requests. Overall we had a good start at Olushola's place. He was very responsive and on top of everything, he also provided complementary drinks and wine. We did have a number of issues while we were there but he stepped up to resolve them as soon as possible. It was easy to get in an out of the estate as they operated a "code system" which was sent to us daily without fail. The apartment is also within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. However, it is also worth noting a couple of cons: 1. the washing machine is semi-automatic 2. the building's gym is open (quite warm) and some of the machines e.g. treadmill do not work

The house was beautiful and very clean, it looked exactly like the pictures in the listing, beautiful views and aesthetic, lovely location too if i might add. if i had any concern it would be with the address as stated on the listing, because we lived in the same building before moving to this apartment and only decided to book this because we thought it’s in same building, to our surprise both apartments gave us different addresses, which is weird, and because of that confusion we had to get a taxi to move our things out to the address on given to us here and it led us to a totally different location, it would be nice if it was looked into.

The host is responsive and able to accommodate my needs. Easy to communicate with. Great house. I will recommend the host.

Ilé Lekki was a relaxing and comfortable home! The host and their team were very polite and prompt to requests. Walking distance from the Nike Art Gallery and Elegushi Beach, we were able to have fun days while avoiding traffic. In a great location in Lekki, making other popular towns on the island only 20-30 minutes away! I will be definitely staying here again the next time I am in Lagos.

I booked this Airbnb for my family during their stay in Lagos and they had a great experience. The property was comfortable and anytime there was a small issue, it was resolved quickly. Dominic, the caretaker, was especially helpful and attentive. His support made a big difference throughout their stay. The hosts were warm, respectful and very responsive. I appreciate how they genuinely care about improving and making guests feel welcome. My family really enjoyed their time there and I am sure we will book this place again for our next stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is situated in a prime area of Lekki, with close proximity to key amenities like supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, and beaches. The neighborhood feels vibrant and safe.The apartment boasts a modern design, with well-finished interiors, spacious rooms, and functional features like air conditioning, fitted kitchen cabinets, and en-suite bathrooms. The building offers reliable electricity with a backup generator, which is essential in Lagos. While not 24/7, the downtime is minimal. I highly recommended

I must say I and my family really enjoyed our stay in the house , the house was very clean,,everything was neatly arranged,the interiors are top notch, the WiFi works perfectly well.. any time I come back to Nigeria I will definitely be using this apartment again, it made us feel at home … I highly recommend Kin Clan Resident.👌🏽

It was my families first trip to Lagos so it was important for us to feel comfortable and safe. I made a mistake in not asking for flexibility around when I could check into the apartment and realised my mistake at the 11th hour. I was able to find a solution for my family, however, even though the situation was my mistake, I wish that I was met with a more supportive response, in this respect, from Uchenna. Outside of this, Uchenna and her team made us feel very comfortable and well attended to. Her supervisor (Emerald) went out of her way late at night to come herself and fix a wifi problem we had at the apartment which was amazing of her. And any issues we had during our stay were immediately taken care of by Uchenna’s team, shout out to Mr Kingsley! The apartment itself was spacious, in a great location for enjoying Lagos and the estate is very secure with an amazing family feel- my son loved playing with the other kids in the playground! We loved it! Thank you!

Great Airbnb, Eugene was a fantastic help. Lateefah constantly checked in with guests. The apartment looks even better in person, nice rooms and kitchen, everything was well cleaned and the ACs / appliances work perfectly. The apartment is located in a very secure building. I would not classify this area as Lekki Phase I but more Ikate. Easy to get to VI, Ikoyi once you get past the busy T junction near the petrol station. The only thing I would mention is about the water pressure and slight stench from the water - but this is a Lekki problem so it is best to have bottled water and also Dettol on hand. Would recommend this AIRBNB to anyone staying in Lagos for a while. Again, big thanks to the porter Eugene and the gatemen who were always available and handy. Hopefully this review helps anyone looking to book.

This apartment is great and beautiful. The host is very professional and the location is secure with lots of fun activities to do around it. The only downside, is the staircase you need to climb for a 2-story (minus the ground floor) building if you are on the topmost floor. Besides this, it’s all positives about this apartment.

Uchechukwu was a very accommodating and responsive host. She did everything to make my stay enjoyable. Speaking of the apartment, it was in a secure and accessible estate; clean, homely, smelt so good and had everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay so much so that I considered living there permanently 😂
