There are a total of 4 apartments in the house and you must also take into account the neighbors. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a lounge area that is shared. Atsaare house for 8 people

In the middle of Mulgimaa forests and fields, there is one lovely and cozy nest called Atsaare. We're welcome to have great families and courteous groups. Atsaari is a historic homestead that has found a new breathing in the last five years and is still evolving and renewing. What makes it more special is that from May to the end of August, this is an active farm with vegetable growing. Since you can't grow vegetables in the winter, we rent out our nest to nice people.

In this peaceful place you can relax with the whole family, go to the forest for berries and mushrooms, go to the lake 2 km away or swim in the sea 24 km away or swim in the home pond. The farm has a number of different poultry, whose life and activities are interesting to observe. Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Delightful 1-bedroom barn with a view

You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.

Modern holiday house on the shore of a waterhole with a sauna

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
