Central location with a nice view of entire city, you can cook your own meals, do laundry and neighborhood is really safe . Neighbors are friendly and I know them for thirty years or more . House has been in the family for more than 50 years. why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house. Warning NOISY due to motorcycles and some cars, mostly during busy hours but hey it’s the city if you want something nicer, QUIET I’m sure you can get it at a very hight cost at the outskirts of the city.

It is the located between Matagalpa and Jinotega so you have two big cities at the very exact distance and driving time. You have places to have Nica Breakfast less than 5 minutes away and restaurants like Selva Negra and Fresanica less than 10 minutes away.

Apartment, 5 m by 8 m deep, independent entrance, has steps, with bedroom, double bed and nightstand, two single beds, capacity for three people, understanding a couple for double bed and the two single beds for two more people. There is an additional $10 fee for a fourth person, making the total $23 for three adults or children. The fourth person can take a taxi from downtown to the house for $30 per person.
