We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had everything we needed. Our two big dogs loved the yard. It was so privet and the location is perfect. The owners were very nice. I would diffenanly stay there again.

Cary was very friendly and replied quickly to any questions. The home was very welcoming and clean and complimentary drinks, snacks, coffee and water were provided. There was ample parking, the beds were comfortable and the shower very nice. Their place is very close to Fort Qu’Appelle and a guest book outlined activities in the area. The location is very peaceful and quiet, we really enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard and walking along the path that goes along the road and the lake. A very nice spot, thank you for hosting us Cary!

We loved the cottage. Great views, lots of bird life which we love. I was able to fish on the dock. So much to see in the Fort Qu’Appelle valley. Evening walks along the road in front were pleasant. We would come back.

The cabin was cute and clean, would love to go back in the summer to enjoy some of the outdoor activities!

Stan’s place was great! It was perfect for us and our girls - and was in nature which we prefer - but still close enough to town to get what we want. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. When we needed additional instructions for the location, Stan was extremely helpful in making sure we arrived safely to our destination and was so kind and proactive. We will definitely book here again in the future for our little family.

Excellent value. These hosts have a few listings, btw. Absolutely a gem. The road to the campground is like-new, the neighborhood is VERY safe, their grounds are well thought-out & tidy, the Melville has good amenities, and it’s just all-around a piece of paradise -perfectly situated in the middle of nowhere. I read 2 books, hosted many Zoom meetings, relaxed in the pool, admired the night sky, slept like a baby, had a cheerful helpful chat with the host both in person & via messages, and made a mental note to definitely return next summer. This was one of the more memorable pit-stops during my cross country tour. I’d go out of my way to stay here again next year.
