This unique house has recently been renovated and now boasts 3 en suite rooms. With beautiful wooden floors throughout the house it is very cosy. There is air conditioning in every room which is essential in the Graaff-Reinet summer. We also have hot blankets on the beds to make you comfortable during the cold winters. Geco Casetta - Self-Catering Cottage

Our comfortable self-catering cottage is situated on a farm, 30km from Graaff-Reinet. The thick walls are great insulators and keep the cottage warm in winter and cool in summer. There are two bedrooms and two additional single beds in the living area. Braai facilities are available out on a deck which also provides incredible views over the Tandjiesberg mountains and a farm dam with roaming springbuck. It is truly a break-away location. The sunrises are an added treat for the early birds.

Three Bedrooms (2 with King Size XL Beds), Aircon, two modern bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath & shower). There is a fully kitted kitchen with Nespresso Machine, a separate living, dining & outside area with a Webber Braai. An outside shower with a view to the stars & Spandaukop gives you the perfect Karoo feeling.

A quiet, private and peaceful cottage 17km from Graaff-Reinet . Surrounded by nature and mountains. Abundant birdlife. Endless scope for walking, hiking, mountain biking and picnics. 4x4 roads. Looking beautiful after some rain! Cottage has fully equipped kitchen and 2 en-suite bedrooms as well as a sleeper couch in the living area. Living area has airconditioning. Indoor fireplace and outdoor braai. Use of swimming pool . A place to relax.

The Tradesman

The Tradesman Shop is a quirky and historic unit with a beautiful courtyard and braai area. It is the last Tradesman shop that is still connected to the main house and dates from the 1850’s. It’s still has the original “brakdakkie”-ceiling so don’t get a fright when a piece of historic dust comes loose from the ceiling. The large courtyard at the back is a treat. Please note the unit operates on a gas geyser.

En-suite Family Room Opening on Swimming Pool

This large family room has a double bed and two single beds, therefore comfortably sleeping 4. It has air-conditioning, a microwave and a bar fridge. There is free 10 mbps wi-fi. It is also immediately adjacent to a large sparkling swimming pool - it is therefore not suitable for persons who are not water-smart. It has a private entrance and safe parking. Two large friendly dogs may be in attendance.
