Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Abeno Ward

Akari san : Our stay in your lovely home was wonderful in every way. We encounter a place with a lot of thought to the guest from cleanliness, brightness to tea and coffee . The location is close to the train station, restaurants and a wonderful supermarket with everything we needed and more.

Emi’s place is well kept, had most of the essential amenities and is in a peaceful neighbourhood that feels safe and convenient. The location is the highlight, it’s close to Dohtonbori by car but not in the middle of the action. Check in was easy and Emi was very accommodating and ready to answer any questions we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Great place to stay. Clean and spacious. Close to two train stations with one on the express route from airport. Short walk to two different grocery stores and convenience store across the street. It is as nice as shown in the photos. Only downside is the street noise travels easy through the windows. It did not impact our ability to sleep in the comfortable apartment.

It was in a location that was easy to access Umeda and Namba, but the area around the inn was very quiet and I enjoyed a relaxing stay. There is a shopping mall in front of the nearest station, so I was grateful to be able to shop on my way back to the accommodation. The host was quick to respond and it was very helpful to be able to communicate smoothly!

relatively near to dotonbori so it’s very convenient! do recommend if travelling in small groups!

We appreciated staying here, clean and roomy enough for a family vacation. Very conveniently located to two stations , restaurants and markets! Only wished there was a living room with couches and drawers for clothes but in Japan, it seems that is some what uncommon.

The host was very proactive and helped us by pickup our luggage and dropping it on respective floors as per our requirement as the lift was not working. The shower area/washrooms were very clean and had goof quality toiletries. The kitchen was untouched and very well equipped. The cutlery was just perfect, there were all sorts of pans and other equipment required to cook our meals, they even got us new extra induction for our requirement. Good and very helpful staff. Really felt like home. Just faced two difficulties one being no working lift and second the washrooms weren’t inside the rooms. Rest 5star service! Highly recommend 🥳

Shiny was an amazing host! Very responsive and even helped book a restaurant reservation for us before we arrived! The place is in the outskirts of the main area of Osaka but very close to the train station and in a convenient area! Daiso is right next door which was a great addition! The bikes were also a plus. It was nice staying away from the hustle and bustle of the dotonbori area. The place was clean and comfortable. My family absolutely loved it! We would 100% stay here again!

Ideal room for Family. There were two beds for adults and a bunk bed for children. It was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. But it would be tough to stay there in the winter. Even with the a/c on, the living room on the first floor doesn't get warm enough, and the bathroom is near the front door, so when you step over from the living room it feels to be the same temperature as outside.

If you are traveling to Osaka in a large group and looking for a place to stay, this one is the place to be. You will be impressed by its ample space, cleanliness and convenience. The only issue with this place is that none of the bedrooms has been equipped with curtains, so I find it difficult to rest after the sunrise.

The host was very nice and well communicative. They responded well and fast to our request. We were a group of 6, with 2 senior citizens, and 2 children and the place was big enough for us all. The amnesties were great. Also, we are thankful that the host gave us an early checkin without additional charge eventho there was a guest checking out on the same day. Also, thank you so much for the spoon, my baby will cherish it dearly 🤍

There are plenty of dishes, towels, amenities, etc., and there is also a theater room, so I think this price is quite a bargain.We will be back!

i booked 2 room, this one for my family and the other one for my mom, sister and brother in law. this was my 2nd time staying at here, the reason is obviously due how comfortable and convenience is here. almost zero complain. the room is big, amenities are complete, bus stop just 5 seconds by foot :D, 2 mins to nearest ministop and 7eleven, 3 mins to Kyoto Aquarium. 1 more thing, please send my regards to SAMIYA-san at the reception office, she was so nice, very helpfull and super pretty too!!

I can’t say enough great things about this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire place had such a cozy and welcoming vibe. Our host (Ted) was amazing—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect too, with great restaurants, shops, and attractions just minutes away. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate. RESI Stay provided good support and guidance. When we first arrived at Kyoto station, it was early morning and it just took us 10 minutes walk from the station to RESI Reception Counter. We were offered to place our luggage there before the check-in time, we left the luggage there and went for a walk and lunch at Kyoto Station. When it was time for check-in, the RESI team provided us with a shuttle van to drop us at the location for check-in. The check-in process is seamless and easy to us. 5 of us were staying there (2 adults and 3 children), the place were nicely fit a family of 5. Even though the space seemed small, it was well-equipped with all the amenities that were required. It will take some time for you to walk with luggage from RESI stay to Kyoto station, it was a friendly walk-way and our kids were enjoying the walk to the station when we returned home. One of the best sightseeing place is Kyoto Aquarium, it's just 5 minutes from RESI stay! We enjoyed our stay at RESI

The place is very spacious. We are four adults and the room is super comfortable for us. The location is within the walkable distance from Kyoto JR station. There is a bus station right next to it to go everywhere in Kyoto. I recommend staying there and would love to stay again in the future.

I had a great stay! The place was spacious enough for 3, and matched the description. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. The only downside for me was the carpet flooring—it felt a bit dated/not my preference, but everything else was really nice. Would definitely recommend!
