The cottage is very nicely located. I think the location is a dream to be a dream to be in It was very clean and everything was Piccobello. What else could you ask for? Ah yes, sea! Various idyllic paths lead in 15 minutes on foot to the beach or the village. Just around the corner, it has a small boutique and with the solar power, electricity is always guaranteed. Definitely more than more! Agnes and Kafountine were also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the cottage and hosts. Everything was perfect and the hosts very friendly and helpful!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Papou in Casamance. Correspondence has been taken over by Luc who was quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. In Senegal, we were met at the nearby village by Gerard the caretaker who is very kind and highly knowledgeable about the region. Nene the cook/maid served us dishes from Casamance which were delicious. If you don't have a car it is far from the nearest village but Gerard can get you what you need or arrange a taxi. Both Gerard and Nene were thoughtful and generous and made our stay very special. The house and surrounding area is beautiful. There are actually two buildings, one with the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and another for the kitchen and outdoor dining/lounge area. It is a relaxing, peaceful location, close to the ocean and a great place to bird watch! We definitely want to return!

My family and I had a great stay, quiet, a short walk to the beach, a beautiful garden. We were able to observe many species of birds. For meals Nathalie told us very good places. Demba, the caretaker +++ is adorable. Nathalie is frankly a beautiful person, she will most certainly see us again.

A really nice, humble place to stay. With the ocean right next to it, one can really enjoy and relax. There was no communication problem at all, we could reach out anytime and got help very fast. We can really recommend this place.

A very unspoiled little corner on a dune and two boxes just behind, protected from the wind. This is a lovely seclusion to relax and enjoy the beach. It's very simple and authentic as in the photos. The hut has a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Lamine is very good cook. At this price difficult to find better... Thank you and see you
