You get a very central location in the pedestrian street with direct access to the city's life, cafes, etc., and at the same time a view over the fjord, and close to the beach. Parking space 2 minutes from apartment, washer and dryer.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The home was renovated in 2019 with underfloor heating, a new kitchen and bathroom with shower and wall-mounted toilet. Bedroom with double bed and a bed in the living room for two people. The kitchen has a stove with a hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and fridge and freezer. There is a private outdoor living room with table and chairs. Forests and beautiful nature. 8 km to Stor climbing park. 18-hole golf course just across from the house. ½ hour to the German border. 10 km to Aabenraa. 3 km to shopping and pizzeria Pets are no longer allowed after 8/15/2021

There is space for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a climbing tower and a soccer goal available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø about 40 min. Charging hybrid and electric cars is prohibited

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
