  • Anton and Linley were such wonderful hosts! We immediately felt like friends in their home. A breakfast spread was ready for us each morning (to include delicious croissants) and the morning view from their deck was the perfect way to start each day. Their home is in a great location, just a quick walk into downtown Sag Harbor. I don't think we could have chosen a better place to stay and we're looking forward to visiting again. Thank you, Anton and Linley!!

  • Staying in Anton's home was a real pleasure, a home away from home. The location and house are both beautiful and we were made to feel very welcome. Anton is an amazing host, very friendly and at the same time he gives you your space. There was even breakfast waiting for us when we woke up! I definitely recommend staying at Anton's, especially if you are looking to rest in a calm and relaxing environment.

  • First we had to wait to get greeted by the owner's son upon arrival. The house was dark and cold and we didn't know where to go. Then I realized that Jason, the owners son had sent an email with instructions. Everything was fine after that and Jason was a superb host making us feel right at home. The breakfast was great, parking was a bit difficult but we managed and we pretty much enjoyed our stay immensely. The room was cozy and the bathroom clean and bright.

  • Our stay was enjoyable and Anton and his family were pleasant. The room was exactly as it appears in the photo. The two best features of the home are the cove in the backyard and its proximity to town. The kayaking is not to be missed! As others have mentioned, to facilitate an easy arrival, it is best to reach Anton by telephone rather than text messaging. Also, as others have mentioned, the home is run somewhat like a B&B, without the breakfast. Overall, a good experience!

  • Excellent stay. Great house in gorgeous location. Anton and his wife were very pleasant and personal. I only wish we could have stayed a bit longer. If I come back to Sag Harbor, I will reach out to them again.

  • Loved the house! Loved the hosts! I immediately felt at home the minute I walked in the door. Anton and Lindley treated us like old friends. View from back porch is serene and lovely. Convenient walk to town. If you're looking for an authentic Sag Harbor stay, this is the place.

  • We had a very relaxing last minute trip to the Hamptons with the Captain. He responded to our request quickly and we felt very welcome in his comfortable home. Both him and the lady of the house were friendly and couldn't do enough to help us, without being intrusive - they seemed to really care about their guests and their comfort. We felt at ease in their home and they recommended a great local burger place for dinner and had coffee, fruit and toast waiting out on the table for us to make our own breakfast after our lie in the next morning! The room itself was very quaint, homely and cosy. The view from the window across the lake is stunning. The ensuite was clean and spacious. Sag Harbour itself is such am idyllic hamlet and very pretty. The house is also close to the beaches of Bridgehampton which are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a stay with The Captain!

  • My wife and I are younger, early 30s, and we've always veered away from staying at "bed and breakfasts" vs renting our own property. However, this time, based on the location on the water and Main St., we decided to give it a try. It was undoubtedly a brilliant decision to stay at Anton's. This is the type of place that makes travelling special - incredible location and views, eclectic and nostalgic design, engaging yet respectful company, and warm, interesting people. These are the environments that are becoming so rare to find and have the ability to make even two days seem like a fulfilling vacation. Despite having several other options for accommodations out East, we'll absolutely be returning to Anton's again this summer(URL HIDDEN)

  • I had a fantastic time at the cottage. Everything was as described. It's a very cute place, beautifully furnished and is perfectly located in a quiet part of the town but close enough to the centre. It's really been thought of everything - beach towels, extra tooth brush, water bottles, local magazines and a small fridge which was great to keep food in and get my cool packs frozen for packing my picnic for the beach the next day. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay.

    Daisy August 2016
  • Gillian was very attentive and made the process very easy. I never had to ask for anything. She was consistently one step ahead of me without being intrusive. The place was just as described and very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again

    Michael June 2016
  • Gillian called me a day in advance with packing tips, beach ideas, and any last minute requirements we might have had. We couldn't be more happy with Gillian and the service she provides. She always responded by text when we needed something and she is a delightful person.

    keith July 2016
  • Gillian was great, we had a fantastic time at the cottage.

    James June 2016
  • Great time! Great place to stay. Located walking distance to town and only feet from harbor market (great coffee, great breakfast). The cottage was too adorable for words. Very private and secluded. Just lovely all around! Gillian treated us very well!! Will absolutely go back.

    Emily July 2016
  • The cottage was super cute, clean and close to town. I stayed for 3 nights but wished I could've stayed longer. There were beach chairs, towels, it was fully stocked w water and snacks, really no detail was missing. Gillian is super sweet, helpful and there for any questions if needed. Great find!

    Lan August 2016
  • It was my first time booking on Airbnb, first time in Sag Harbor and staying during a very busy Memorial Day weekend, so you can imagine I was a bit nervous about how this long weekend would turn out. Fortunately, we were so blessed to have the amazing Gillian as our host. It was like having a personal vip concierge during our stay! (or a fairy god-mother :) She did so much for us, taking care of all the details and going well above and beyond what you would expect in an airbnb host. She picked us up at the station, dropped us off as well, waiting 1hr for the train with us. She arranged transportation around the Hamptons at a very good rate; arranged beach chairs & umbrella, offered us options for entertainment; she stocked the cottage fridge with snacks plus still & sparkling water...I could go on and on! She really is the most genuine, amazing, warm, caring person. She was always checking in on us in case we needed anything. We enjoyed her company so much and actually wish I had more time during our stay to just to chill and hang out with her. The cottage was impeccable- just like in the pictures, if not better. It's very well maintained, updated decor, comfortable bed and furniture, very clean and so well decorated that it makes the small space seem spacious. It has lots of little touches that you wouldn't expect and you'll find a place for everything there. It didn't seem cramped at all. It was also very well stocked, including several shampoos/conditioners, body lotion, body wash, even toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forget to pack your own. It's perfect for a couple, has a private entrance, is secure and the owner of the home lives next door on the property, she was very friendly, gracious and helpful. The cottage is very close to Sag Harbor village and the location is perfect for those traveling without a car. We didn't rent a car, and walked everywhere, enjoying the town, restaurants, beaches and harbor. Harbor Market is just around the corner and has amazing breakfasts. I also suggest chartering a boat from the marina, to ride around the harbor and neighboring Shelter Island, or Peconic Bay. There are many boats there which offer cruises or private charters. Thanks again to Gillian for our incredible stay!

  • My wife and I stayed on the 3rd floor of Ann's charming home for Memorial Day weekend. My wife and I arrived after 11pm on Friday, and Ann was there to greet us with a smile. We met her husband and their dog Darla, and immediately felt welcome. The third floor was very comfortable for us. Ann and her husband were amazing hosts the entire time we were there. The provided us with bikes and directions to the beach one day, a sailing experience the next, and a nice breakfast to start each day. The location of their house is perfect, as it is walking distance to Sag Harbor, and situated on a beautiful bay, that you can view from the large porch in the back of the house. My only very minor negative feedback would be that the listing mentioned cable TV was available, and there wasn't any on the 3rd floor, or in the common area of the house downstairs. My wife and I didn't mind too much though, as we brought our laptop, and watched streaming TV via the wifi that was available throughout the house.

  • Ann made us feel very welcome in her beautiful home, she prepared delicious breakfasts every morning. her house is just stunning, the highlight of the trip being the porch overlooking the bay, which we sat on every evening watching the sunset. would highly recommend, location was excellent, 5 mins away from sag harbour town, which has great restaurants and bars. ann also went out of her way to drive us to the beach and then to the train station as we were leaving. thanks Ann!

    Hannah August 2016
  • We had a lovely stay at Ann's house. Sunbathing at the Pier was amazing. Ann truly made us feel at home by taking excellent care of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

  • My boyfriend and I just had an amazing time at Ann's place! It is well located, beautiful, relaxing, lovely view! We had lots of fun sailing with their boat! It was the perfect getaway from NYC! Thanks for everything! If we come back, we will definitely stay at your place!! :)

    Berina July 2016
  • In a word: perfect! Our hosts were wonderful, the house exceeded our expectations with comfortable rooms and an incredible view of the cove. We look forward to returning to their lovely home where guests could relax on their spacious porch, morning, noon or night.

    Isabelle September 2016
  • Wonderfull old mansion, which would have been enough to hang around for 2 days by it self if there where not so nice things to do around and Ann was an excelent host! A definite recomendation.

    Arne July 2016

  • Staying at Hayley and Gregory's was just the solo get away I needed. When I arrived, Hayley made me feel as though I was their very special guest. She even poured me a glass champagne she'd just opened as a welcome. She shared helpful info about the town and was attentive throughout my stay. The apartment is beautifully appointed with every amenity you'd want. It's just as cozy as in the photos; even more stylish in person. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen incredible, the soaking tub delightful. I could walk to the harbor and Haven's beach, and to most of the small and lovely shops. I only wish I'd driven so I could explore more of the neighborhoods and restaurants in the village. I'm planning a return trip to Sag Harbor, and hope to find room in their booking calendar to stay with Hayley and Gregory again! Thanks for a great stay, Guys! Tammie

  • What a beautiful appointed immaculate apartment. Every detail is well thought out. It's right in the center of Sag Habour which is my favorite Hampton. Close to all the restaurants and shops and the JITNEY. Perfect for a non driver like me. Hayley is a great host.

  • My girlfriend and I stayed at this gorgeous apartment in Sag Harbor over one summer weekend and we couldn't have been happier with the space. The apartment is beautiful. This was the first time I've stayed at an Airbnb that actually exceeded my expectations, the photos just don't do the place justice. The location was perfect, very central and just steps away from everything Sag has to offer. I highly recommend this place, but apprehensively... as Id prefer to keep it a secret. I would definitely stay here again, hats off to the landlords!!

  • This sweet spot really was a romantic getaway! The space was clean, charming and located just a short way from Main Street. My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was perfect for a couple. We were looking for a quiet weekend in the winter to cook and sit in front of the fire - and that's exactly what we got. Andy, the host, was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had.

  • Very warm welcome. Nicolette is very friendly

    Yann July 2015
  • The house is in a great location near to town and the marina cove. The room with 2 twin beds worked fine as I was with my daughter. Nicolette was welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. The garden and deck is a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious continental breakfast which Nicolette préparéd and laid out on the table. She made us feel at home with a friend.

    Felicia July 2016
  • Nicolette's home is the perfect place to spend a weekend away from the city. She and her husband were so lovely to get to know and treated me like a long lost member of the family! I highly recommend staying with them during your visit to Sag Harbor.

    Allie July 2016
  • We very much enjoyed our stay with Nicolette, the room was pleasant, and breakfast on the deck a delight! Since my wife and I are both artists, we had much to share with her, but I am sure that her gracious hospitality would be shared with all her guests. It was great meeting and speaking with her husband Daniel as well. Wonderful location, close to town, and Nicolette was very helpful in sharing information about the area, places to dine, etc . Truly a pleasure!

    Nils August 2015
  • Location is perfect! Easy access to Sag Harbor - just a few blocks of walking through a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Hostess, Nicolette, was warm, friendly, and so helpful. Her home is lovely and tastefully decorated with her beautiful art. I am so happy I chose to stay here! I would definitely return. Thank you so much Nicolette!

    Vanessa August 2016
  • Nicolette and her husband were extremely gracious hosts! Their home was quite lovely, and exactly as described (if not nicer). The room was quite comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect - only a five minute walk to town. Nicolette was kind enough to provide us with towels for the beach, coffee in the mornings, and more. I would absolutely recommend that anyone looking to spend a few days in Sag Harbor should stay with Nicolette!

    Jake August 2014
  • We had a wonderful stay and Nicollette was a great host. She gave us some great tips for enjoying the area and those were some of the best parts of our trip! The room was comfortable, clean and well taken care of and the location is great!

    Katinka July 2015
  • Nicolette was a very pleasant and gracious host. She was responsive and helpful all throughout out. The house has a lot of character, the porch and the breakfast was a very nice perk/touch. The area is really nice, very close to the ferry to Shelter Island and 5 min walking distance to the town/shopping/restaurant area. My only complaint was that the nicer bathroom that we got was on the first floor. But Nicolette was supper accommodating, we were getting ready for a wedding and needed a full size mirror so she brought a brand new one, and the iron board and iron we asked her was waiting in our room (although we ended up not needing it after all).
