Encontra-se no 3ºandar de um prédio sem elevador, com escadas estreitas,pelo que menos acessível para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O terraço é idílico para relaxar com privacidade ao som das ondas do mar ou observar o céu de dia povoado por gaivotas e à noite por estrelas e um pôr-do-sol magnífico!
