It belongs to the municipality of Vilagarcía de Arousa, whose center is 2 km away. It consists of two spacious bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed; and it is completely exterior, which gives it light and views of the Arousa estuary. It is fully renovated and equipped.
