Access to the property is via a rural dirt road, typical for the area and accessible by standard vehicles.

Monte do Topo

It is one of two houses of a typical Alentejo mountain. It was a housekeeper for many years and has now been reconverted at home to welcome guests on the hill. It consists of Hall da entrada, living room, kitchen, one suite, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Outside, it has its own telheiro next to the house and has a leisure area, a little further away, with a pool and a large telheiro, both of which are private to the guests.

Monte Carpe Diem

Monte Carpe Diem is a property with 2.5 hectares (6 acres) located in Baixo Alentejo with a distance of 1km (0.6 miles) from Garvão and 13km (8 miles) from Ourique. As the name implies, we seize the day by enjoying the calmness of the countryside, the landscape, superb sunsets and amazing starry skies. To the west you can enjoy the Alentejo coast, and to the south the Algarve where we find the most magnificent beaches.

With vaulted ceilings and antique tile floor, it has an area of 335m2, with 5 bedrooms all with private bathroom. It has all the amenities you're looking for. Hot and cold air conditioning, fireplace and heated bathroom floors. It also has an area of 800m2 with interior patio, terrace and garden with pool.
