Holiday rentals with a patio in 5th district of Budapest

Just wonderful for 50K HUF, we used it for videos for music, nice lights, 2 toilett, crazy view. I'd recommend it:)

A few blocks away from most attractions, but very walkable. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions. Kitchen was well stocked and apartment had plenty of room. Many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. We had a great time in Budapest staying here.

Antonia and Maria's place was beautiful. Sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The shower is my favourite one of all the places I've stayed over a 3-week trip through Europe. They were really helpful with instructions on how to access the apartment, including a video and written directions. They were also proactive in checking we found everything okay and that the place was in order when we arrived We were enchanted by the building, although we can say that for a lot of the architecture in Budapest too. In particular we became very fond of the resident pigeon, who has built a nest in the planter box on the balcony. We saw that she had a baby and an egg, which was so exciting!

From the moment we stepped into this apartment, we knew that we had found something truly special. Every detail has been carefully curated and the result is nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with an incredibly spacious, light-filled living space that exudes comfort and modern luxury. The open-concept layout, high ceilings, and huge windows create a truly stunning atmosphere that’s both sophisticated and inviting. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. There were candles, fruit and wine on arrival and our hosts could not have done more to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. There is a little balcony that overlooks a really pretty street below that is full of so many bars and restaurants we were spoiled for choice. This apartment is an absolute gem—luxurious, convenient, and truly one-of-a-kind. We loved it so much we have already booked our next stay! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

We had a wonderful time in Budapest, in the extremely beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment. I've never had an Airbnb apartment so detailed and stylish! In addition, it is much more beautiful in person 🫶🏼 The two hosts alone should be given 12/10 stars. Because I have never experienced such hospitable and accommodating hosts in my years on Airbnb. It's worth booking this apartment just for that. And the money is worth every cent. The constant effort to make an early check-in possible was also great. I will definitely come back when it comes to a trip to Budapest. We are blown away 🥰🫶🏼

We were very satisfied . The apartment is even better than in the photos. The host took care of the little things and it's very pleasant. There is everything you need, iron, hair dryer, dryer, washing machine and even a shower for washing. The kitchen has all the appliances and even little things like salt and vegetable oil, which is usually so lacking when you don't know how to cook breakfast)) There was also tea and coffee)) The bathroom also had everything you need,shower gel,shampoo and even hair conditioner and toothpaste 🌞 The host is very attentive to his guests and left an umbrella and raincoats)) Well, the most important thing is a comfortable bed and cleanliness! The apartment was very clean! communication is also great, you will quickly get answers to all questions and even more) We highly recommend this accommodation and our stay was great ! Thank you

Really loved the spot of Julian & Sophie. The view is amazing. Reality is even better than the pictures. I can recommend this spot if you look for a quiet spot in the green. There is a real nice coffee spot 2 mins walk away called Magenta.

Szilvia is a great host. helpful, nice and friendly. the accommodation was just right for 12 people (JGA). Szilvia even arranged the transfer to and from the airport and part of our group was allowed to stay longer than planned because the plane left later. Thank you Szilvia for everything!

The place is amazing and very quiet, with the convenience of on-site parking and easy entry. A real highlight is the small back garden with a terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. While one of the beds squeaks a little, it's a minor issue.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The house looks even better live than in the pictures. We felt really good, relaxed, we had all the comfort we needed and moore. The price it’s really correct, I would say even that you get moore than what you pay for. We felt ourselves like home, really warm place and for us this is very important. So in 3 words: « We love ❤️ it » Thank you very much for the nice and warm feeling that you gave us when receiving us as well as during our stay.

Great accommodation and charming hosts! This place is perfect for families with children - very clean, furniture and amenities in perfect condition, there are all amenities for small children and toys. My children immediately started playing in the yard (swings and trampoline) upon arrival. The stairs to the second floor are wide and comfortable, my 3-year-old child safely descended and ascended independently. The hosts were very kind and helped to resolve all issues. We will be happy to come back here when we have the chance.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was always in touch and responded quickly to any questions we had during check-in and our stay. He also took the time to tell us about the house and its interior, which was both interesting and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was the barbecue — we mentioned we wanted to cook outside, and the host kindly provided his personal grill along with everything we needed (charcoal, a gas lighter, and more). It made us feel truly at home, like we were visiting an old friend. The house is located right next to a forest, so you may occasionally notice insects around. However, the host pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, so we were barely bothered by them during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a cozy and welcoming place. We’d love to come back again!

A very nice, new, sparkling clean apartment, tastefully furnished, in a very nice area of Budapest. There are many restaurants, bars nearby, a large shopping centre is a 5-minute walk away, and the city centre is easily accessible within a very short time. Perfect for Budapest. Check-in super easy, the hosts are very helpful, we will definitely come back (and not only us, we have already recommended the apartment to friends).

Great location! Easy to walk to all interesting tourist spots. Great view of Parliament House. The apartment was extremely comfortable with shutters which blocked the noise and light out which makes for a peaceful sleep. Access to washing machine and dryer helps with longer stays. Local area had a supermarket, gym, hairdresser and nail salon. When we come back to Budapest we will definitely stay here!

The accommodation was very family-friendly, in a nice, tidy and quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, and the kitchen was also equipped for cooking. There is a Spar on the corner and a metro stop nearby, so everything is given. I recommend it to everyone.

Perfect location, 3 min walk to Kalvin ter metro station. Markets, restaurants and bars around the building. Clean and tidy flat. Nice and quality place to stay. Wish there was mosquito screen on windows. Also, it will be much better if the wifi box is placed near TV rather than in wardrobe because it slows the speed.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The AC and blackout shades were a lifesaver, they helped us and our kids sleep soundly after long days of walking. Tha apartment is very confortable, and offers everything. I stayed for 20 days, and I really appreciated that all the rooms are really fully furnished. The host even provides extra products normally not found when one rents. This includes bathroom products like handcream, facemask, bodylotion, shampooo etc.; kitchen products like tea, coffee, chocolates, salt, sugar, spices; desk products like pens, pins etc. so one does not have the stress of having to buy things forgotten at home. Water is drinkable. The instruction provided by Eva are super clear. She is very kind and ready online to answer to any question. I arrived late in the night and she stayed awake to be sure the check in was smooth, which was. The apartment is newly restored, and very rational in its structure. Bed and mattress are comfy, perfect temperature. In the night, it is possible to make full darkness in the room. The central location is also great. I would definetely chose to stay at Eva's place again.

Ideally located, busy vibrant area. Walkable to the city but also good transport links near by. Not the most modern apartment but good value for money and it's ideal as a base to explore the city. Great hosts good communication.
