Condo holiday rentals in 5th district of Budapest

The location was excellent, we were a few blocks from most of the things we wanted to do on the Pest side of the river. Hundreds of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. The food scene in this neighborhood was incredible! The apartment is right on the beaten path of the tourist scene, so quite safe and always busy. Although inside the apartment was incredibly quiet and was a lovely reprieve from the bustling streets. Each room has its own private air conditioning, which is a special treat during the warm season. The host Tibor was super friendly and gave a lot of tips and tricks around town, as well as lots of maps and brochures available for perusing. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Budapest!

Atmosfera a fost liniștită, iar locația perfectă pentru a explora orașul. Mulțumesc și pentru ospitalitate și pentru atenția la detalii – a făcut toată experiența și mai plăcută. Cu siguranță aș reveni cu drag și recomand cu încredere și altora!

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Sensational location. Don't be frightened by renovations as you walk in the first door, it does not affect your time in the lovely apartment.

We had a great stay overall! The location is fantastic—close to everything—and the space was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were kind and responsive, which we appreciated. We did run into a minor issue with the AC, as it made a squeaking noise periodically and didn’t cool down. We chose to turn it off and open the windows, which brought in a nice breeze, though also some outside noise and mosquitoes. With a little attention to the AC, this place would be even better.

Perfect for my needs. Location excellent. Katalin was great with communication - very friendly. Was able to arrange an early check-in with nearly no notice (I unexpectedly arrived early). I'd stay again.

Klara & Istvan instructions on how to access the apartment and following communications with them were very prompt & efficient. The compact apartment is very tastefully decorated with lots of attention to every detail in design and for comfort. The apartment is in a great location for the Metro / trams / grocery shops, cafes etc. The bed was firm & comfortable. The pillows were soft. There is an electric black out blind in the bedroom. The apartment is located above a cafe on the first floor of a busy side street. There was a little noise late at night and early in the morning from inside the apartment block, but we are light sleepers. Klara and Istvan are exceptional hosts & we would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

I travel quite a few times per year in various countries but this is the nicest place we have stayed. Beautiful inside, fantastic location and exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend this place

This elegant, spacious apartment gave us one of our best Airbnb experiences. We loved the high ceilings, curated artwork, and Danube view. The living room furnishings were comfortable and created a peaceful space to relax. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, including generous counter space and an oversized dining table. Two desks came in handy. The bed was large and very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a real bonus. AC worked great, and the apartment was quiet. The neighborhood was charming, with bookstores, cafés, and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed meeting fellow neighbors, including the friendly owner of Gaby’s Restaurant. Public transport—bus and tram—is close by. Don’t miss a visit to Margaret Island; we waited until our last day and wish we’d gone sooner. The hosts are lovely people, and we enjoyed talking to them. They were easy to reach and helpful with recommendations. We’d love to return!

This space is in the heart of Budapest! We parked in a nearby garage & walked to explore. Everything is close, but there's a bus stop in front if you prefer transit. The hot water tank is small, so showers need spacing—no issue for us, but good to know. Beds are VERY comfortable, & we loved that the toilet is separate. Leftover toiletries, a hairdryer, Nespresso pods & a candy jar were thoughtful touches. The building feels incredibly safe & secure. Henrik provided physical maps, guides, & sent helpful directions with photos. He asked our landing time & had the place ready early. He answered questions about the city & was so hospitable—it truly felt like having a friend in the city. If you're visiting Budapest for the first time, don’t hesitate—Henrik is incredibly helpful & will make sure you know exactly where to go. We’re already talking about our next trip & will absolutely stay at one of Henrik’s places again! Thank you, Henrik, for a beautiful time in Budapest!

Nice Flat in the center of Budapest. You can reach most Spots by foot, we had a very nice stay there.

We were impressed by how well equipped the apartment was, it felt like a home from home. We loved the location - it's got loads of amenities close by, including district VII bars and restaurants, as well as public transport hubs to get anywhere in the city. However it's still really quiet overnight as it faces away from the street. Nora was helpful and responsive and gave good instructions. Overall an ideal place to stay in Budapest!

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Wohnung von Robert und Violeta verbracht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders toll ist, dass es super ruhig in der Wohnung ist, aber sobald man die Haustüre verlässt, ist man mitten im Trubel. Restaurants und Bars sind alle fußläufig gut erreichbar. Besonders dankbar war ich, dass neben der Waschmaschine sogar Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Oben im Bett kann es etwas stickig werden, in der Wohnung ist aber sowohl eine Klimaanlage als auch ein Ventilator vorhanden um Abhilfe zu verschaffen.

Location is in the middle of the action. Lots of late night activities around. Apartment was very quiet though. Walkable to everything. More like a hotel room. Suited well to what we needed. Parking was a huge bonus. Would come back again.

The accommodation—and especially the host—was excellent. A very nice and cozy place with everything you might need. The neighborhood is quiet, and there’s a convenient elevator to reach the apartment. The self check-in process was simple and flawless. We especially appreciated the host’s quick and responsive communication—it made everything smooth. There were also nice personal touches, like a custom map of Budapest and other thoughtful details. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the separated sleeping areas are perfect when traveling with friends. We were very pleasantly surprised and truly satisfied—everything was top-notch and the location was perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Świetne miejsce wypadowe, przystanek autobusowy zaraz za ogrodzeniem. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Nasz pobyt był krótki, ale bardzo pozytywnie oceniamy. Chętnie tam wrócimy.

Wir ( Paar 55+ )waren eine Woche in Budapest. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und hatte einen schönen Balkon zum Innenhofgarten. Es war ruhig obwohl man in der City war. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und wir haben dort bestens geschlafen. Die Kommunikation war 1A!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.....vielleicht bis bald.

Ons verblijf in Martha’s appartement was geweldig. Een heel mooi, schoon appartement met balkon en zwembad. Het bevindt zich midden in de stad waardoor je overal op loopafstand naar toe kan. Martha is erg behulpzaam en checkt af en toe in. Ik zou het appartement zeker aanraden!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The AC and blackout shades were a lifesaver, they helped us and our kids sleep soundly after long days of walking. We also enjoyed the pool 🙂 Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional airbnb.

Asunto oli myös erittäin hiljainen, siisti ja kaikinpuolin mainiosti toimiva. sopii hyvin 2-3 henkilölle. parveke kiva lisä toki aurinko ei siihen pääse paistamaan. Katto- allas korvannee sen jos avoinna. klo 11 am. uloskirjautuminen voisi olla parempi esim. 13 pm. pari tuntia siivoukseen riittänee. kiitokset omistajille ja Budapestille.
