The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Located in front of the Bellecour district, this loft will seduce you with its volumes, its wood-burning stove, its hyper-equipped kitchen, its colors... On the amenities side, you will find the Saint Jean metro, the Fourvière funicular and the Saint Georges public car park less than 2 minutes' walk away.

Le Cosy St Jean***

The apartment is located in old Lyon, rue St Jean, which is a pedestrian street only! It is therefore not possible to access it by car. The architecture of the building dates from the Renaissance period, there is no elevator and the spiral staircase is a little rough and can be difficult to access for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties to move. The exposed stones and beams bring a lot of charm and authenticity to the apartment.
