Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 3rd arrondissement

We had a great weekend at this place. The people are welcoming and available to the guest if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its facilities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 metres away).

the hosts are super friendly and welcoming, the place is quiet, the accommodation is nice and the terrace looks nice when it's nice and warm. Be careful with the table, it's quite heavy. I recommend it for a couple on holiday or a professional on the move.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat lady slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

Great stay at Emma's place. We recommend and will come back without hesitating! It perfectly matches the photos and description, it is very close to the metro and is easy to find. Super apartment with good access to both the main railway station and Lyon town centre. Plenty of supermarkets and boulangers close by. Very clean and roomy.

A stay to take exams, the setting to revise is perfect. A beautiful garden, a spacious and cool room in summer and absolute calm. Willi was very friendly and very attentive to follow the progress of the events.

Patricia’s apartment was stunning,clean and comfortable. Full of her art, beautifully decorated and furnished, we immediately felt right at home and settled in for our long stay. Very conveniently located close to all transport, surrounded by excellent bakeries/patisseries, local street markets and a ten minute walk to the famous Les Halles. Lots of traditional restaurants within easy reach. Though situated on a main street the apartment was quiet, the beds very comfortable. Patricia very generously provided breakfast and treats. Lyon is a great city full of art, history and excellent food as well as wonderful green spaces such as the Tete D’Or park, only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. This is one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed at. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Very good stay with Hélène. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and very bright. Everything is clearly stated and simple. Hélène is very responsive to messages. It was perfect!

Since I couldn't figure out the check-in, Elonie came very quickly and helped me. Once I knew how it worked, it was easy. The apartment is beautiful. A large terrace with a small garden completes the picture. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bathroom, made the stay easier.

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

very cozy apartment. The advantage is the terrace where you can spend time during the spring and evening period. good location. 15 minutes walk from the train station. Moznayz is easy to get by metro or tram to other places in Lyon. quiet neighborhood, there are close shops. New building. Very easy to contact host. responds quickly and helps in case of emergency issues.

A lovely bijou apartment within La Croix Russe district. The apartment was quiet but in a district with lots going on. We came for a concert but loved walking around the district, Le Vieux Lyon and the amazing Tête D’Or Park. Lots of steps in Lyon so you earn the amazing food choices. Laela was a perfect and charming host. Very responsive and friendly.
