Holiday rentals with a home theatre in 3rd arrondissement

Loved staying here! At first I was nervous about the bed, but it was one of the comfiest sleeps of my life! Clear instructions, with pictures as well. It’s a small space, but it’s organised functionally. I felt very safe there too (which is really important for a female traveler!). All amenities that you would need. There’s not much in immediate proximity- but it’s a very quick walk to more bustling locations. I actually liked how I was in the middle! Thanks so much, if I come to Lyon again, I’d definitely stay again! Great response time from Karine and Julien too! Thank you so much for the stay, Lyon has my heart!

We had a very nice stay in Mickael's apartment. We stayed there with 2 toddlers, it was very nice that there was everything within walking distance (playground 1 min, small supermarket 3 min, parc de la tete d'or 5 min, public transport to the city). Upon arrival we had to look for a while but that may have been because it was dark and we were tired. The apartment was completely fine. There was no door to the bedroom, not ideal when the children went to sleep early, but because we could sit on the cozy terrace, this was not really a problem. The sofa bed was conveniently foldable and unfolded and was comfortable. We definitely recommend a stay here!

This was a great location. We were only in Lyon 1 full day. We were able to walk to the park, then back to the flat, then walk to the Basilica. Andras was super helpful the entire trip and left delicious treats for us (or we accidentally ate their food). The upstairs can be a real head banger given the height. Our kids fought over who got the cool, separate space upstairs. It was neat.

The apartment is situated in such a perfect spot. It is a very hearty apartment, clean, but with character. Florent made it easy to find our way in too.

Maryline was really available and responsive when it was necessary to extend the period. The house is great, refurbished and very well equipped. During our team stay during the Global Industrie lounge allowed us to rest peacefully every night, and the restaurant 301 at the table, on the way, was our daily base with a pleasant team and availability. it was perfect.

Great stay! Everything went well! The accommodation is great and well located for my sports activity at the dance studio just 10 minutes away. Florence is kind, responsive and accommodating. The studio is great! Everything was fine. I recommend!

Pleasant and comfortable stay in an accommodation with two bedrooms, one bathroom, independent toilet and gym upstairs, and a spacious and well-equipped living / kitchen room, wc on the ground floor. Private parking. Quiet area close to the city center with shops and food market where you can walk. Audrey is welcoming and responsive. Good communication. Dogs are allowed and the environment close to a forest is very nice. Very good experience, we recommend it.

We had a wonderful week in Florian's comfortable house. The house is decorated with love for detail and very well equipped. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, so you can prepare a meal for the whole family and enjoy it on the beautiful and large terrace. The pool was very clean and well maintained and provided a welcome cooling in the hot temperatures. We particularly liked the quiet location, yet a bakery and a supermarket are within walking distance and by bus, which can be used for free with the Lyon City Card, you are in the center of Lyon in just about 20 minutes. Thank you for a great holiday, we can only recommend the house.

Very nice garden house with a host who is always attentive, very helpful neighbor. There were 8 of us and there was room we didn't work on it. This stay will remain a very good memory!!

We found a clean, spacious apartment equipped far above the usual standard. We stayed there for 10 days with 4 people and got along well with the size of the apartment. The highlight is the swimming pool, which can be used. A wonderful way to cool off on warm days. The pool has not overflowed even in high heat, so you feel very comfortable there. Clémont is a very accommodating, helpful host. He gives good tips and answers questions promptly. The city center of Lyon can be reached quickly and easily by bus and U-Bahn. We can definitely recommend a stay there!

Very nice Lyon apartment, functional and spacious, quality amenities (Nespresso coffee machine, connected coffee table), very clean. Quiet neighborhood, entrance to the secure building, shops. Ideal as a base to enjoy the city of Lyon, no need to use public transport, banks of the Rhone, peninsula, Vieux Lyon, Parc de la Tête d 'Or, Croix Rousse... everything is very easily accessible by foot. Responsive host, very clear instructions and explanations (entrance to the apartment with lockbox). I would recommend this apartment in a second!

We had a great time at Carina's apartment. Carina welcomed us with great friendliness, she took the time to give us all the useful information for our stay and was very responsive to answer our questions before and during our stay. The amenities, cleanliness, and care taken in the decoration of each room are impeccable. The rooms are spacious and the four of us (parents and two older children) were very comfortable in this large apartment. The residence is quiet, secure, and the private parking at the apartment is very convenient. We warmly recommend this listing.
