L'espace jour très lumineux se compose d'une grande cuisine, d'un séjour et d'un coin salon . Le jardin et la piscine sécurisée sont à partager avec les propriétaires. Balançoire et bac à sable feront le bonheur des petits. Parking possible en face de la maison. Petits déjeuners possibles pour les professionnels.

Located in a green setting 2 minutes from the city center with salt pool. Free parking. Independent T1 on the ground floor of a house. Independent entrance. From the private veranda, you will have direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The latter is not heated and will be accessible as soon as the weather conditions allow. The garden and pool are shared with the owner who resides on site. Bus C20 5 minutes from the accommodation towards Lyon.

In the Monts d'Or, a natural area 15 min from Lyon, independent accommodation into the villa where we are living. Private terrace and access gym and sauna by reservation. Summer: swimming pool from 8am to 10am, and 2pm to 6:00pm. View of the Saône. Hiking trails, mountain bike rides. Restaurants, Demeure du Chaos Museum, Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône. Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

Il se compose d'une pièce à vivre avec coin TV et canapé lit, d'une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, d'une grande chambre avec lit de 160 (ouverture sur la pièce à vivre par une verrière), et d'une salle de douche. Possibilité d'un lit parapluie dans la chambre. La baie vitrée s'ouvre de plain-pied sur le jardin où sera aménagé un coin barbecue juste pour vous (quand la saison s'y prête) .

It consists of a 45 m2 living room with an equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave grill, refrigerator, dishwasher...), 3 bedrooms with TV, private bathroom. From the living room and bedrooms you can access a large terrace, an outdoor 15 x 4 m saltwater pool, many deckchairs and armchairs available.
