That was the perfect accommodation for us (6 nights in July). A great, quiet, private location with its own small garden, situated next to a park, and a really lovely ambience in the apartment. The sofa bed and bed were very good, and the heating/air conditioning worked perfectly. There is no full-size stove and oven, but cooking is very possible with the portable two-burner hotplate. The very friendly landlady lives in the house next door and is immediately available for any questions. After a really lovely 30-minute walk along the water, you reach the ferry to the Opera House (20-minute journey) and can explore the city centre from there. Alternatively, you can take the bus to the ferry. But Manly on its own is also wonderful! The cockatoos hanging around everywhere fascinated us. Restaurants are within walking distance, and there is free parking available right outside the door. We really had nothing to complain about and would book again.

Fantastic cosy quiet leafy cottage to stay in.

Absolutely loved this place - such a beautiful and relaxing location, close to amazing little coves and walks. We used the local buses and walked to and from Manly on the off-road paths, it was great. Felicity has really thought of everything that one could need for a comfortable stay - honestly it would be the best equipped Airbnb I have ever stayed in! We really appreciated the welcome treats and breakfast provisions; just so thoughtful. Had an excellent time all round and would like to come back again. Thank you!

A home away from home, loved staying in the suburbs and so close to the harbour and Manly. A neat little space for two, yet accommodating for last-minute extra guests. Loved the sustainable touch. A gem.
