Keep it simple at this peaceful beach house. Drag the beach cart just a 5 minute stroll, for a paddle and a picnic down at the picturesque Wowly creek, .
The property has plenty of off street parking, so park up the car, boat etc. Everything you need is just a short stroll away.
This centrally located home is just a short, flat 450metres to the beach and creek and less than 1km to the local shops, specialty stores, fish&chips and cafes. Even local markets run regularly at the oval.

The space
This perfectly appointed home offers warmth and comfort in a prime Callala Bay street.
With three comfortable bedrooms, a large open plan living-dining and a kids play/tv room with nintendo switch, outdoor fireplace, alfresco and brand new reverse cycle air-conditioner, you are sure to keep cool while getting some well deserved R&R this summer.
Keep cosy and relax with a brand new TCL Googl3 TV in both the living and play room and reverse cycle air conditioning with air purifier. Ceiling fans are included in all bedrooms.

Main bathrooom - please note there is no bath at the property. A baby bath is available on request.

Enjoy meals with family/friends both indoors and outdoors with plenty of extra seating available for guests. Webber Genesis BBQ and fully functioning kitchen with 2023 appliances including dishwasher.

Air Conditioning - The property is fitted with a brand new reverse cycle air conditioner with nanoeX air purification system.

Wifi - Telstra 5g fixed Wifi is available on the premises for the use of guest. We cannot guarantee the speed of this service.

Fire pit - Firewood is supplied from April to September. Please enquire should you wish to use the fire pits outside these dates.

Fencing - The backyard is fully fenced.

Washer, dryer and clothesline.

Pets - pets are welcome to join your family holiday at The Bay hideaway. Outdoor pets are preferred, please contact host if you wish to request more than 1 pet or if your pet may need to enter the house.
We do not have extra accommodation charges for pets, as we do not provide pet bowls/beds etc. Please remember to BYO.
Please note : It is the responsibility of owners to clean up after their pets. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for stains on carpet, pet hair found in fabrics or droppings left on the lawn.

Guest access
The rear shed is locked to guests, but the remainder of this property is entirely yours to use.

At the bottom of the street you have direct access to Wowly creek which also connects you to Callala Bay beach. Head toward the boat ramp or take a stroll up to red rock.

Beach access is a mere 450m from the property.

Take the Husky ferry from Myola (callala beach side) into Huskisson for a day trip, or head down to Culburra for groceries and a great feed a variety of specialty restaurants.
