This stunning two-level home is designed for the ultimate relaxation experience, perfect for large families or a group of friends looking for a memorable holiday escape. The main bedroom is air conditioned as are the three bedrooms downstairs, although with the amazing sea breezes air conditioning really isn’t needed. With its perfect blend of luxurious features, thoughtful layout and unbeatable views this home is a true gem for providing space and comfort for everyone to relax and unwind.
The space
This property is sprawled over two levels to provide the ultimate in space and relaxation for all guests. The master bedroom with ensuite is located upstairs along with another bedroom and powder room. The lounge and kitch are open plan and extend onto the wrap around verandah where the bbq is located along with an outdoor dining option. There is also a sitting room and dining room with seating for eight located upstairs. The lower level of the house boasts three bedrooms, full bathroom with a fully stocked kitchenette. There is also a smaller lounge room and kids area located on the lower level. Access to the pool is via this level. There is a double lockup garage with an EV charger.
