Breathe, connect, and slow down at your perfect hinterland hub.

The space
Step inside a charming, light-filled 2-bedroom cottage, thoughtfully updated to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests (4 adults in true comfort):
• Master Bedroom: Restful queen bed, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
• Second Bedroom: Comfortable double bed and a ceiling fan.
• Living Room: The heart of the home, featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a double sofa bed. (Single mattresses available on request).
• Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped country kitchen with a gas stove, generous oven, and a spacious 6-person dining table.
• Bathroom & Laundry: Convenient shower, a washing machine & dryer, and a separate toilet.
• Outdoor Living: An expansive wrap-around deck featuring a Weber BBQ, a large outdoor dining table, and a comfortable lounge area.
• Family Friendly: Stocked with children's books and indoor toys to keep the little ones entertained.
• Pet-Friendly: We warmly welcome your well-behaved furry friends inside the house!

Your private oasis spans several thousand square meters of classic Australian countryside, securely fenced around the immediate house to keep kids and dogs safe.
• Fire Pit: Gather around for evenings filled with warmth, stargazing, and stories.
• For the Kids: A classic outdoor cubby house and a magical fairy garden to spark their imagination (please supervise play).
• Veggie & Herb Garden: Feel free to pick fresh ingredients for your home-cooked meals!

Caution: The house is raised and open underneath, and we share this beautiful rural landscape with local wildlife. Please keep a watchful eye on children and pets.

CAMPING: Planning a multigenerational family catch-up? We have ample yard space! If your friends or family would like to set up a caravan or camp at the property during your stay, please send us a message prior to booking. We are happy to make the necessary arrangements for vehicles and equipment (an additional nightly charge applies).

Guest access
You will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and fenced garden. To reach the property, follow Gheerulla Rd (please maintain a slow driving speed to minimize dust). Shortly after passing a large horse property, you'll spot the farmhouse on the right. Drive over the cattle grid and park in the designated area next to the shed.

Important Note: While it feels beautifully isolated, there is one residential property past ours. Please ensure the main driveway access track remains completely unblocked at all times. For your safety and peace of mind, we kindly request that guests and dogs remain within our generously fenced boundary.

Other things to note
Remote Work & Connectivity: Unplug and unwind! There is no television or mobile phone reception in the valley. However, we provide reliable WiFi. You can easily stay connected, stream, and make calls by turning on "Wi-Fi Calling" on your smartphone. (For guests booking 1-month+ work stays, we can coordinate high-speed internet arrangements).

Pristine Water: The property relies entirely on natural rainwater. While we use it for everything, we recommend guests bring their preferred bottled drinking water for their stay. Please be mindful of water usage.

• Pet Etiquette: While pets are allowed inside, we strictly ask that they stay off all beds and furniture. Please ensure you pick up all pet droppings in the yard before your departure.

• Country Vibrations: You are immersing yourself in a real rural environment! Enjoy the sounds of distant cattle, galloping horses, and resident kookaburras. You might even spot early-morning wallabies.

• Wildlife Caution: You are in the Australian countryside, which means snakes and insects share the wider area. While we maintain the grounds regularly, encounters cannot be guaranteed. Keep screen doors closed, stay safe, and do not disturb wildlife.
